Unfortunaley been ripped off at the kiraly is not uncommmon. When you exit make sure that you put your card in the machine and take the receipt to the cash desk and claim your refund. Kiraly baths is one of my favorite places in Budapest. It has thankfully not be renovated as Rudas was so you get a very atmospheric old-world feel. This bath is gay friendly. Tourists and prudes are better off going to Gellert. more
