Saw madame Butterlfy - good opera but no English subtitles - so be familiar with the story. The interior is very beautiful! I can recommend this to everyone - also no opera lovers!

A small, marvelous opera house. Easy access by subway, a classic, beautiful venue with great acoustics. Enjoyed many great performances here.

joined the Engllsh speaking group for tour, didn't hear a word as at least three other groups all going round at the same time talking in different languages. Didn't go behind scenes.

Book your tickets online if possible. The inside of the building is a must see! Stunning and well worth the (cheap) price!!!

The architecture is stunning, the lightning by night is fabulous. Lovely situated.

Amazing building, absolutely stunning. Even seats in a box were cheap. If you don't dress up a bit though you may end up feeling a bit scruffy. I know I did in my tshirt and jeans!
