Signage good. Trails full of people on this autumn day. Fresh air, no litter, dogs well behaved. Easy for tourist to manage. Break from urban life.
If you stay downtown and are a sporty person, you can start your days with a little jog in Tivoli Park. You can either stay on the lower, flat area, or if you wish something harder to get rid of the excess calories from previous evening dinner, just run up-hill as much as you can. A must.
Worth the walk, with a lovely museum. We were there in the fall and the colors were breathtaking. It is a great respite from the City, but the City is truly spectacular and we can't wait to go back,
Park, just 10 min walk fm the historical centre. No any attractions in the park-small lake, walking paths. If you tired to walk in the historical centre, you can listen to the silence there and think what for you come to Ljubljana.Park is clean and well maintained.

We had fun playing b-ball and bowling when we were not watching the Euro b-ball championships. It is also close to Hot Horse.
So it is not much of a tourist attraction but it is a very pleasant place to escape the bussle of Preseren Square and enjoy nature for a bit. It seems to be where the residents go to enjoy a picnic, jog, stroll or sit on a park bench. It is quite expansive so it doesn't feel crowded.
We parked here when visiting Ljubljana, as we drove from Kransjka Gora, and we're worried about parking in the city. It was on our list of places to visit, not least because we wanted to try a horse burger at Hot Horse. The park is beautifully kept, and well landscaped. Nice to see such happy Slovene families enjoying it, and... More
The park is very big, little out of town and really:there is nothing special to see. The locals like the park as a green place to take sun and to take children to play in freedom. But in the tourism point of view is just a standard park.
it is a very large and very nice park, you can drink something in the castle on a superbe terrace, where also exhibitions are held
