It is a nice building and lot of space in front, in fact when we were there some kind of a protest was going on and itcould easily hold all those people.

Town hall is smaller than usualy in capital cities. The buidling is nice and well renovated. Lot of events are organised there so it is worth seeing. Frim there you may go to old town or for pubbing.

Don't just photo the outside of the town hall. You can go inside and see the double deckered cloistered courtyard. The wall inside are painted in a monochromatic venetian style design.

I like square with the fountain infront of the Town Hall - even more, then more famous Preseren Square across Ljubljanica river. The building is worth a quick stop - there are usualy some exebitions inside and the courtyard is nice. Also lots f pubs, restaurants in the vicinty.

We just happened to be wandering around and decided to go inside as we saw a lit Christmas tree in the Courtyard. We were pleasantly surprised to find two Art displays in two separate rooms, a video playing a documentary about children in Tungarthu, a mountain region of Sudan, as well as a large map of the city on one... The Town Hall is very nice inside with a courtyard of paintings and artifacts and a cool old map of Ljubljana. I'd stop inside for a few minutes while going by.

This townhall is not an architectural masterpiece, actually you may ^pass by without noticing but there's always something exhibited inside and statues worth a look.

I visit it sometimes and I like the building from outside and inside. You can not see much if you are not part of a tour though

The building is most beautiful at night when it's lit up and further backlit and showcased by the lit up castle. What's most interesting and notable about Town Hall is that there's always something going on. When we were there, there was a Bulgarian tourism event going on with the Sofia Symphony Orchestra playing, singers singing, dancers dancing and Bulgarian... More

Went for a city walking tour. It started at the Town Hall. The guide was able to explain so much in a short time that it was truly worth it. The inside is rich with history.
