The building is open with 2 interesting temporary exhibits, but the main core exhibit, which promised to be fantastic, will not open until late October 2014. From what could be seen, the prospects are impressive, so hopefully the final version will fulfill the promise.

I have high hopes for the permanent exhibit when it opens in October within this wonderful new building. But, they better organize it and curate better than the two small temporary exhibits. There is no narrative, just the presentation of facts. The exhibit is supposed to be about the involvement of Jews in World War I. It consists of a... More

The place is outstanding when it comes to architecture, but paying for a guided tour is a major fraud. There is no proper exibition inside. On the temporary exhibition therre are a few copies of old newspapers and photos from the First World War, depicting the history of Jews within Polish legions. On 2 TV screens one could see some... Fantastic piece of architecture. Good intentions with the name hopefully being true to what it will be. BUT it is not yet, and th be temporary exhibition is just a collection of artefacts and pictures with very little historical context. Some good interview films upstairs, but again lacking context. I had been looking forward to a history lesson but came... More

The building itself has been only just completed, and it looks great. The exhibitions are not ready. You won't be charged an entry fee, for this reason. The place will be fully ready in December 2014. Once finished it will be great to visit.

Ok, so the museum now isn't super, super exciting. There is one big room showing general history of the Jews in Poland. The flow of the exhibit is user friendly & visually appealing with most of the story being told via old photos with short descriptive copy. In general, it was mildly interesting. Upstairs I found the short movie as... More

I was very surprised the museum is still not ready, I was planning on spending few hours there and they only have one exhibit so far that was not so interesting, the staff was not friendly or helpful I was very unimpressed. The only thing that is nice is the architectural building.

Visited museum in February 2014. Not much in display and reminded me more of a modern art museum than a museum on Jewish history. We were not charged admission as they only had a small exhibit open. Security at entrance with X-Ray and metal detectors. This has to be one of the most amazing architectural buildings in the world. Worth... More

I went here with a couple of friends over a weekend and we had planned to stay there for at least a couple of hours but were finished seeing everything in less than 40 minutes. This museum is NOT finished yet - the main exhibition hall which is where EVERYTHING will be is not yet completed so I'm really not... More

i am sure that when it will be finished and will be fully functioning will a great museum. From architectural side is unique and is related to many Jews symbols. No matter if you are Jew or not is very interesting to visit.
