The Chopin museum is big and well constructed in a building which looks like a castle with few floors where you can read his all life from beginning to the end. You can also listen his music, read his letters to the friends. It`s worth to visit.

Reserved a couple of tickets by phone and turned up at the address, which appeared to be a block of flats. Inhabitants were going in and out, walking dogs etc. No one spoke English when asked. Couldn't find any suggestion of a music room or concert or where to go and after a frustrating 15 minutes - and seeing no... More

Chopin's Family Drawing Room (a.k.a. Chopin Parlor or Salonik Chopinow) is the family room where Chopin used to unveil his new compositions to his family and close friends, including his famous piano concertos F minor and E minor. To visit this room, you can take a bus (e.g. # 100, 116, 175, 178, 180, 195, 222) to University of Warsaw... More

If you happen to be in Warsaw at summer time, looking for music concert - there is no chance to find anything in the big concert halls. But if you are ready to go to a small room inside a "Bed and Breakfast" hotel- you can enjoy fine music. They play not only Chopin and they bring a rich repertuar performed... More

Great salon, well organised and very intimate. Visit here if you want to get a feel for the salon in Chopin's time. Good music, good conversation and lovely vibe. P.S. make sure you chat with the owner of the B&B if he's there. We will be back

It is a place with high ideals and it realizes them well. It might seem that it is not a hard job to create such place but one needs to have this consciousness that this is a missed and needed place plus have a good taste (though i hate this word but it simplifies it) and... do the effort! It... More

Dear Monika, it was our dream to have a salon with original art nouveau forniture, and insturments. And I have to admite that our dream was fulfiled. Set of furniture for the salon: sofa, coffee table, ceiling lamp and dresser are from the same period as the house, which are today 104 years.. Only grand Steinway piano is mor conterporary.... More

The salon wonderfully compliments the look, feel and overall atmosphere of the hotel. It's a great way to relax after the long day and meet new people. The music brings you right back to the salons of pre-war Warsaw. It's something magical. It's something to see.

Since my first visit to Boutique B & B in 2006, I have watched this unique and wonderful place grow, change, and become more charming every year. But, with the addition of the Chopin Salon, owner/innovator Jarek Cholodecki has created a stunning nightly concert series, which you will not find anywhere else in Warsaw. The concept sounds simple enough -... More
