During a visit to Warsaw on a chilly January day, we took a walk through Lazienki park. It's a lovely place for a stroll - huge and full of delightful red squirrels, who are so tame that one jumped onto my knee! There are also peacocks and lot's of ducks. I imagine it's even more beautiful in the summer. We'll... More

Really fantastic park, even in the cold Winter time nice to visit. :) You just need a good day, with a little sunshine to enjoy the visit and walk around in the lovely park.

Loved the Chopin Monument and the beautiful buildings in the park. Was there in winter but in summer it must be very nice.

My stroll took in the Belweder, Chopin statue and the lake. Although the trees were bear and the grass more balding than lush, it meant that the wildlife were... More

The park main atraction for us was the feeding of the squirrels. Don't forget to buy some walnuts before going to the park . These little guys are very familiar with people ...they opened our hands and took the walnuts and we could touch them.!!!

We visited for a walk on an unusually mild January afternoon. The park is beautifully peaceful with lots of cute red squirrels eager to come and say hello. Worth a visit for a romantic stroll.
