Unmissable, but beware, some restaurant's quality of food and service is mediocre to say the least, especially in summer. More

The most beautiful old town square in Europe. Walking there you are surrounded by an abundance of amazing buildings, quiet streets, cute cafes and a few polish shops. Once you are in the square you can see symbol of Warszawa, the mermaid that protects the city. More

This was of course all destroyed during WW2 and while it has the medieval town feel, this is tempered by the knowledge that it is a fairly recent reconstruction. More

A beautiful job of restoring the central area, which was destroyed in WWII. The heart of Warsaw. While it is now full of tourist shops and restaurants, do not miss a stroll through Old Town. More

The old town was leveled during WWII so it is even more amazing that the old world charm was rebuilt out of the ashes. The most colorful part of the city. A nice vibe without feeling too touristy. Beautiful at Christmas time, Spring AND Summer. A must see while in Warsaw. More

Even in the middle of winter the old town of Warsaw is quaint and beautiful. Considering everything has been built anew but respecting history, it is a marvel. More
