We visited both the palace & the gardens & we were quite impressed with both. It is not expensive to go in & although the palace is not fully furnished the rooms are far from empty. You travel round the palace from one end to the other & go on all the floors, you don't go in all the rooms... More

The palace is very beautiful. A self guided tour using audio guides is relatively short and interesting. The gardens are very beautiful. Public transportation from the center ot Warsaw is very efficient - lines 116 or 525.

I visited it during winter time. Wonderful experience but it might be a little bit hard to reach for the average tourist and it's a bit far away from where most hotels are located. Everything is very well preserved and the rooms in the interior of the Palace were awesome. Great way to understand Polish history. Remarkable paintings and sculptures... More

This Polish palace is definitely worth a visit. The exterior is truly magnificent with fine architectural features. The interior is not as magnificent mainy lbecause so much of the original furniture was looted over the years. But definitely worth a visit.

The impressive Wilanów Palace and gardens make a pleasant trip outside central Warsaw. They are 10km south of the city and easiest way to get there is by Bus 116 or 180. The palace was home to King John III Sobieski and for 20zl you can tour his apartments. It is the usual fare of endless portraits and huge four... More

The Wilanow Palace used to be the residence of the Polish kings and later acquired by private family which established an art museum withihin the palace. The combination of kings living in the palace and their lifestile, and the art museum is charming. A must to visit while you are in Warsaw

One of the better places in Warsaw to walk around. Nice classic palace with nice gardens. Near the water it is a bit more natural.

The castle is 30 mins of driving from the city center but the bus arrives there. The castle is small and the rooms shows more museum stuff and less the atmosphere of the kings life. I love castles and I would recomand to pass it.
