On my second visit to Warsaw, took husband to view this, my favourite building in Warsaw. On a lovely sunny day the park at Lazienki, easily reached by nice walk or three stops on the 180/116 bus from Nowy Swiat, is worth visiting. The palace on the water, though is the jewel in the crown of this park. Beautifully situated... More

When I was in Warsaw with one of my friends we came just for a walk in the Lazienki Park after a rough night before. We found the Palace to be open for visitors and imediately bought a ticket. It's worth the money! I was surprised by the size of the Palace, it's must larger then you would expect from... More

The whole park was nice, however the main Palace was scaffolded and we weren't allowed to go in. A shame really.

When I went there, it was under renovation so I was not able to get in. although it is situated in the middle of the park makes it even better. It sits in the middle of the lake so it makes it look like it is floating. The outside is beautiful even under construction because they put up huge tarps... More

This is for me the nicest park in Warsaw. It has a different atmosphere with every season and although it's quite touristic it is never crowded because of the size. If you are a runner, you will definitely enjoy it best in the morning when it's almost empty!

The palace is in thee middle of the park and is undergoing renovation at present so inly the ground floor is open. You are given an audio guide which gives a good description of the key features in each room. Nap ice way to spend an afternoon combined with awalk in the park

... the lake, the park, the peacock, the ducks, the squirrels. all in all, a great combination that made this palace quite nice to look at especially standing on the bridge by the lake. it can't compete with the grandiosity of other palaces but its location makes it special.

In the middle of the city, however not too easy to find. A large park with a nice lake, and a palace. Famous for Chopin - his heart is buried there.

Beautifully situated in a large park, the palace looked very impressive viewed from the end of the lake. We were delighted to see red squirrels running around nearby! Would liked to have seen inside.
