Situated in the Old Town, you can go into the forecourt of the Castle and there is a free exhibition which was very interesting, but then there is a charge to go further. Very well worth a visit.

I had a great time at the castle square. It was beautiful full of people and many places you can eat traditional tastes or drink a hot cup of coffee!!!

The castle gives more an impression of being a museum rather then a castle. The square is really nice. We ate at La dolce vita, it was good, except for gipsykids who tried to steal our mobiles and purses from the table. The did not succed, but be aware.

We were visiting Warsaw when then new president had been sworn in. Thousands of people in the square, a military display and a lot of polish flags! Lots of pretty buildings to look at, the column is in the centre. Recommend going up the viewing platform for great views of the square, Wisla, Palace of culture and the city skyline.

The Square is very picturesque and is always busy by most times of the day. It is worth taking a seat and absorbing all the attractions in the square

Love the castle, must to visit in weekend and the view from the bell tower of the front church (Sant'Anna) where Marie Curie was remembered.

In Summer, Castle Square was full of tourists. The castle is very old and well worth visit. Lots of photographers doing photo shoots and you'll see many bridal couples on the weekend.
