Quite impressive, especially if you haven't seen many churches like this before (I still prefer Mariacki in Cracow though, sorry :P). You can take some awesome photos standing by it, but also from the other side of river (river + this church make one of the best views in Wroclaw, a definite must-see, I love it myself)

The most imposing building on Cathedral Island, inside is entrancing enough to keep you looking at everything for hours if you felt so inclined. Superb.

Very historic with plenty to see including photos of a visit by Pope (now Saint) John Paul 11 in 1997. One very moving "exhibit" was a small grave in one of the side chapels with the gravestone having a glass window revealing the remains of several people. Although one might think of this as a bit ghoulish it was in... More

Going up the lift to the view is super easy and 5 zloty, I would recommend it! The church itself is beautiful and peaceful.

I think that cathedral offers the best panorama in Wroclaw. You can get to the left tower of cathedral by lift. The entrance to the tower is in the cathedral, so be quiet when Mess is celebrated. You will see from the viewing platform Hala Stulecia, Ostrow Tumski, some other churches, Town Hall and Sky Tower. There is no glass... More

Very old building, being restored. Its worth stopping by and admiring its beauty that has survived all the wars fought in the area.

You can visit it during the day, but you also have to visit it at night, as it's architecture really stands out. It can have a "In the name of the rose" atmosphere. It did, in my case!

Really nice place to spend a few hours, nice interior and great views of the city from the tower. Good little tea shop about 100m from the cathedral towards the bridge
