A great dive into the history of the ceramic making in the area as well as some precious, and old pieces. A very great place to stop and see the history of Polish Pottery especially if you are buying it!

I have been coming to Poland to or purchase pottery for 15 years and this was the first time I got to this active manufacturing museum and store. It was a little difficult to find as it was off the beaten path but absolutely a "do not miss"!

We went to several of the pottery stores. The first day we arrived at Manufaktura near closing time. They allowed us to choose our pottery and save it to return the next day. Boy, was that fortunate. When we went back on Saturday morning there were two or three tour buses and the store was wall to wall people. We... More

We did not take the tour as we were on a tight schedule but the shop is amazing. It is well laid out with plenty to browse through and the space looks so pretty with all the beautiful pottery. The staff are very helpful and do not mind how long you take browsing around the shop. There is such a... More

We visited this shop first and were not disappointed. The pottery is so well made and inexpensive compared to other countries. The quality is unreal, as well. There are many items to choose from and I found almost everything I wanted. The staff was quite helpful and packed and boxed all our items. It was very nice.

We very much enjoyed our visit and the pottery, but did not take the tour as we had 2 small children with us who would likely have been disruptive. So many wonderful shops in this town...something in each shop that makes it memorable

While the store itself contained lots of beautiful pottery, which is why I went in the first place, I was a little disappointed. I contacted the store a week before showing up to try and set up a Tour and workshop for my husband and I. I understand that it was very short notice, so I wouldn't have been upset... More

We took the 30 min tour of the pottery factory. I was very impressed with the work that goes into making the pottery. It made me appreciate the pieces I selected later in the store.

If you like Bolesławiec pottery and are in the area, don't miss this little factory. You can take the tour for as little as 5 PLN per person (!) and show with your own eyes how these pretty pieces are made. The guide (Basia) was excellent! You can even meet the authors of the unique patterns! There are several stoneware... More
