The cable car is 21PLN (up/down) and the view is breathless. There is an ample choice of food establishments and a ski slope. Take the tram from the bottom end of Krupówki street for the quickest way to get up Gubałówka.

Beautiful views of the Tatras, and the city! More dining options, several souvenir vendors, lower prices than in the city!

I booked a surprise trip here for my partner to see the views of the Tatra mountains. We got a train ride up which gets quite busy but it's worth taking the train rather than hiking when you haven't got much time. Loads going on at the top; stalls , ski jump and horse & carriage rides. It was good... More

Great views and very reasonably priced funicular. Very touristy on the top of the mountain but gives you a taste of what Polish tourists like.

Beautiful views, friendly people. Wear good walking shoes as a hike is in order. It was cold, so wrap up warm.

Then keep walking through the station and take the funicular. Up the mountain you can have a nice walk or even eat at one of the local... More

Like any other high street for tourists. Brands and over inflated prices. Bit of a buzz, but try and get off it. That said you can get a big meal and a drink and watch the sheep shopping!

Under the cable cart we got lost in the local Markets . It's the usual fair ranging from furry hats to sheepskin throws. With grilled local cheese on every corner. It had a nice atmosphere and one sheep throw later we made our way to the cart. The system is very efficient and take you comfortably up the mountain. We... More

This is just a small hill on the outskirts of Zakopane full of tourist traps and nothing else worth mentioning.
