We spent 3 days skiing around Zakopane. The runs close to town are small and repetitive. Kasprowy Wierch is apparently the best but because we did not know you had to book tickets in advance (to avoid a 2 hour queue buying them there) we did not make it there. The photos look fab abd the runs are varied by... More

Have read so much on Trip advisor about this and how people felt they were conned. All I can say was that it was a simple process to get tickets the day before. Walked past all the queues straight on to the cable car. Simple. The time spent on the mountain watching the skiing and checking out the stunning views... More

A very nice looking cable car, however difficult to use due to the lack of information about the rules and prices. There was a big crowd of skiers and other folk waiting for a ride. It was also expensive. We thought that maybe a way back is cheaper and went to the top on foot. But there the price was... More

Was worth to wait 4 snowy cloudy days to get there! The landscape is AWSOME! Pictures cannot give U a small bite of that place! Tips: check webcams from the top, when in Zakopane is ugly and snowy/rainy, on the Kasprowy U can have sunshine over the clouds and clear view for miles! Get your tickets earlier, downtown, U'll spare... More

58zl each got us return tickets to the top and back. We are not experienced skiers so definately were not going to try it up there but those who were skiing/snowboarding said it was great. Ticket may seem a bit pricey but believe me the views are worth it. There was a thick fog and so on the ground it... More

Coming from London where people are masters at being in line, when you get to the teller of the cable car there is no rule. Do it like the Poles do; go to the front and get your ticket. same when you get onto the car! the ride is quick and easy and the top is amazing! great day out... More

We decided to head up here in the hunt for some snow. We are mountaineers so wanted a quick way up to spend as much time as we could in the winter conditions. You can't park near the lift so plan carefully. You can catch a bus or grab a taxi from town. If you choose to drive, you can... More

Kasprowy Wierch is one of the highest peaks in the Polish Tatras. There is a Cable Car that takes 20 minutes (1 change) and can save about 3 hours of walking. It's a quick way to get to the top of Poland to start exploring the Tatras. Ticket was quite reasonable - £10 pp return
