Krupowki street is the legandary place for Polish people. For generations it has been very fashionable place and it was good to be seen there expecially with ski equipment. Still now it has good ambiance and plenty of restaurations and bars to visit as well as interesting shops. Without a walk in Krtupowki there is no visit to Zakopane

Spent quite some time walking up and down here over the course of 4 days. It's just nice to walk up and down and enjoy the air, and some of the building are constructed traditionally (out of wood). We went in the off season so there were much less people to deal with. Plenty of restaurants, but most are serving... More

In Poland ? A visit to Zakopane is a good treat and a good day out. It is possible to extend it to couple of days easily just for sight seeing and if skiing is you goal sky is the limit! I hit a really nice couple of early Spring day in the Town and enjoyed every minutes of the... More

Full of both cheap (but good) and high end apparels. Hog on some very good food & ice cream (yes heard this right). Enjoy with your family or Girlfriend. Many benches where you can sit & just laze around.

Zakopane is a beautiful town to visit,in a majestic scenery. I was there on July. Krupowki Street is a crowded street, but amazing! Must visit. Just 2 hours from Krakow.

Krupówki... the centre of the Universe in Zakopane. Crowds, horse carriages, horse poo, (mostly) poor restaurants serving heavy fat food... very limited view of the Tatras... No charm and no atmosphere that once was something I loved about this street. Even the famous Cocktail Bar is gone - during the dark communist times it was probably one of the top... More

It's nice to take a walk on this street. I visited in the beginig of the spring and it was a lovely view to the Tatra. There are a lot of shops with really good prices, you can find souvenirs and in the market there are all kind of cheese, lether bags, jackets.

I still love this street, but its changed over the years. Most of the eateries are now the same, same menu, same furniture. It looks like somebody is taking over the street. It still has lots going for it ,street entertainment, quality shops, market shops, horse and cart rides and of course all the christmas lights are still up in... More

zakopane is amazing but this street is nothing special and a bit annoying actually. much nicer restaurants and shops on the side streets. do not bust a gut to stay on it or near it-you don't need to unless you are young and want to party all night

I was in zakopane with a friend a few years ago and had a blast on this street. It is a cozy pedestrian street with all sorts of little souvenir shots, restaurants and general stores. It kind of felt like a swiss mountain village . I was told that trying the local cheese (oscypek) was a must. They sell it... More
