The Aqua Park they built here is just really cool. I love the transition from the indoor pool to the outdoor one. The view at the mountains was spectacular and I enjoyed having to experience this with my family. I would recommend everyone to bring a watch so you do not cross your time limit. The place has no watches... More

The use of the sanua was ok the best was the steam room and swimming pool was over crowded, however water was clean.

An impressive aquapark. The Vital section in particular ( saunas/steamrooms) was fantastic . Be aware that with the Vital package you can only enter this part once during your visit - we did not realise this ! We ate in the restaurant beforehand and the food was of a very high standard. Unfortunately the reception staff were very rude and... More

We read the reviews here and expected bad service but everything was amazing. Bring your own towels as you'll need them to get into the sauna area, or pay 5zl. We paid the 5zl and the woman working the sauna was nice enough to number our towel (as we couldn't take it out of the sauna area) so we could... More

Lots of water , clean, 4 different pools, one outside... with sun beds around it ... Quite often busy , with lots of people ... Some behaving like being in a public place for the first time in their life ... And guards do not reacting ... Disappointing :( Choose morning, before 11 a, or evening hours , after 8... More

This turned out to be alot of fun with a wide choice of activities for the everyone - we went there with our two sons (aged 7 and 9). The outdoor pool was great and the choice of sauna's were excellent (make sure you check out the biosauna). Staff were grumpy with the exception of the women at the Sauna... More

Worth while for a change from the slopes. Not overpriced if you buy the family ticket, but not a steal either - this is luxury living by traditional Polish standards (which are on the up). The long slide into the outdoor pool is fun - but be prepared for a cold splash after the interior temperatures. Lots of space, but... More

Got an all day pass, even though only planned to be there a few hours. This meant that you we could go in and out of the saunas and steam room complex as many timed as we liked. Outdoor pool a little chilly, but I'm comparing that to a hot pool I've been in in Iceland. Changing rooms unisex, have... More

we are just back from a week in zakopane and went to the aquapark 4 times in the week after skiing. it is true the staff aren't the most helpful (although this is just the polish way. the polish people are gorgeous and matter of fact) but on my first day I just hung around and asked enough people until...
