It also would be an idea to have had some english signage not just polish. It was cheap... More

For less than £4 this zoo was very good. We took a taxi from our hotel in the Jewish Quarter that cost less then £10. When we first arrived it didn't seem very big but once you start walking around, you realise it is a lot larger than it seems. Some of the zoo was being renovated and there were... More

We visited the Zoo on a Tuesday. We caught the 134 bus from outside the Cracovia Football Stadium. The journey was approx 20 mins which cost 5.60 zloty for 2 adults. The bus will terminate at the Zoo, so you will not need to count your 'stops'. On the return journey it took approx 25 mins. So you may need... More

As it goes for a zoo, it is very big and there are hundreds of animals. A taxi there cost 50 zloty (£10) between 3 and then it was 10 zloty (£2) each entry. They charge very little for a zoo with a lot to offer. We all then got the 134 bus back which stops 15 minutes walk away... More

Just visited zoo it was a really lovely place with the animals well looked after. The zoo is very cheap and something away from the town. We took a taxi which cost us 53zl around £10 but we was a little concerned about getting back the driver told us there was a bus, which their was; number 134 which cost... More

We got a taxi to the zoo for 50 zloty from krakow square. The zoo was worth the trip. Snacks were cheap. Mini zoo for the children. Only problem was when we left, there are no taxis waiting and the bus does not go to the square. You need 2 buses to get back. Luckily a passerby kindly phoned a... More

Very inexpensive to visit 10/15zl The animals all appear to be well kept, happy and healthy. A wide range of creatures from iguanas, spiders to elephants tigers and sea lions, also meerkats and tamsins, and many many more animals. It is only a short journey from the centre of Krakow about 30-45mins in total, and bus stops right outside the... More

As lovers of animals we often visit zoos in various locations. Krakow zoo is great value for money and easy to reach from the city. Lying to the west of Krakow your reach it on the 314 bus which cost less than 4 zts (80p) with the zoo costing a further 18pts (3.60). The criticism was that there is no... More

really nice zoo. cheap entry (worked out as just a few pounds per person). there is a bus to/from it. there is rubbish phone signal when there, but the bus stop home is just outside the zoo. the animals all had lots of room, seemed very healthy etc. we were all impressed with this zoo.

This was a reward to my youngest after all the other sightseeing. We enjoyed the zoo, it is a little smaller than some and it is obvious it is a work in progress but they seem to care for the animals and the little mini zoo was a lot of fun.
