The problem with zoos tends to be that the cages are too small, and communal animals are kept separate. Krakow zoo overcomes most of these hurdles, but the big cats, particularly leopards etc, could benefit from larger enclosures with more space between them. We just visited Krakow Zoo! What a fantastic little gem, tucked away outside Krakow. We've been to many zoos in Poland and this was one of the nicest. Clean grounds and enclosures.
