kids loved it. The Zoo is of a good size: Not huge not small either. Just perfect so you will enjoy your visit. Animals were kept in good conditions, clean and well fed.

I am not much of a museum or zoo type person but I was honestly impressed with this zoo. It was clean, inexpensive (about $5.00 U.S for 2 people) and had a huge variety of animals.I would suggest taking a cab from Stare Miasto about $6.00 U.S. I am truly glad I saw this attraction.

Initially undecided as to whether to visit the zoo but so glad we did. It is a good medium-sized zoo. When we visited in late May it was really quiet so we got to spend lots of time just watching the animals. Most of the animals were fed in the early afternoon, so were awake. The nocturnal house was great... More

A bit of hidden gem - still close to the center, yet well separated in the middle of the Wolski forrest. It's not the most modern place you can find, but they constantly improve and invest. Animals are taken care of, and their variety is quite wide. Avoid sunny weeekends if possible - overcrowded!

Wide range of animals are in the zoo (birds, monkeys, elephants, giraffes, big cats). The easiest to go to the zoo is to take the bus 134, it is not even 20 minutes. Today there was rain, so the best places were the terrariums, monkey houses and other covered buildings, but the peacock had no fear to proudly walk amongst... More

You have to take a taxi or bus to get there, because it's little outside of the city and little hard to get(road is not that good condition and there aren't that many signs). Taxi and bus takes you also straight to main gate, otherwise you have to leave your own car about 1km from main gate and take a... More

We took our 2 year old son to this zoo last month. It's in the middle of a forest and took us 20 mins taxi drive from the city. The zoo is relatively small but has a lot of animals including girrafes, elephants, lions, tigers, moneys, birds etc. We were surprised by the amount of animals given the scale of... More

And besides that they have elephants ;) and lemurs and loads and loads of other well fed and taken care of animals. The kids will love it but visit it when it is warmer, not during winter ;)

It was foggy, It was freezing but we decided to take a trip to the Zoo seeing as we were in Poland! We drove down to the entrance of the Zoo (Please don't listen to people who say you need to park and walk 20+ minutes??? Unless thats during the summer? Because we drove straight to the entrance). Please make... More
