Done usually as part of a walking tour it is beauty. Has a very gothic feel to it. The stained glass work is amazing. Remember this is an active church !!

Everything was perfect about it. Perfect to visit and see and being the time I went which was late morning, I felt almost like it was a personal tour lead by myself. Truly one of the top churches in beautiful Krakow.

This church is beautifully wrought in a style reminiscent of Art Nouveau with beautifully executed stained glass. Two rows from the back on the left was where John Paul II used to pray when he served Kraków. It's as close as one can get to a saint. On the right side is the entrance to the monastery where Fr Kolbe... More

We adored the stunning Art Nouveau stained glass in this church. We are big Art Nouveau fans, and this was one of the top sights for us in Poland. If you like Art Nouveau, you have to see the interior of this church. The founder of Young Poland, Stanisław Wyspiański, designed the stained glass and did a lot of the... More

I'm a big fan of Art Nouveau so loved this church, but it's so very different and unusual and so very beautiful that even if you are not, it's definitely not something you should miss.

After hearing at the stained glass museum that this church had some beautiful stained glass we went to visit. The stained glass was beautiful and varied. But what also impressed us were the walls. At first it looked like wallpaper, but on closer examination it was hand painted. Superb. Again we thought at first it was done by stencil, but... More

Worth a visit and right in the centre. Easy to find. Suggestion: Sit on a bench and take it all in. Very Medevial and you feel the age of the church. Splendidly taken care of.

I went with my Spanish friends to my beloved Cracow to show them its beauty - among others Domenican Church and Franciscan Church. They were estonished by the interior of Franciscan Church - not only incredible stained glass windows but modernist frescos with becautiful flower ornaments. The contrast with gothic exterior makes a great effect!
