Pretty decoration and stained glass but rather dark

A pretty church, but a little difficult to see in there. Lovely stained glass and wall decorations. A ten minute visit would do it.

After having toured a few too many churches in Europe, this was a breath of fresh air. I realized that the walls were covered with sublime Art Deco motifs, themselves worth a visit to see. The stained glass work of "Moses," as seen on many postcards, also lives here. A real beauty, near the castle and other fun stops.

A church that is often overlooked by many people who visit this historic city. I would recommend visiting the church as the architecture is wonderful and the church is not crowded.

This is probably my favourite cathedral I have been inside in all of Europe. The ceiling is amazing. Pay the fee to get close to the alter. You won't regret it.

We visited this church briefly as part of a free walking tour (highly recommended, by the way) early on our visit and could not wait to return later to spend time there and to take photos. Much of the decoration is by the main Art Nouveau artists of Poland and their work is stunning. The stained glass windows are lovely... More

The Franciscan Church is a wonderful example of a Gothic church. Like at the nearby Dominican Church, the visitor has to go few steps down - the church's floor today is lower than the street level, a result of the many fires that in past times frequently destroyed large parts of the town. The rubble was not carried away but... More

All the churches in Krakow are beautiful but this may be the best. It is amazing how the church has held up over the years and retained its beauty.

One of the most known places in the Europe, because it is just on opposite side of famous Pope Window in Cracow. From outside it looks not so great - just a church with some buildings. But when you got inside - everything changes. Over the choir there is great glass work of Stanislaw Wyspianski "The Act of Creation" but... More
