I can see the woman on the desk was abrupt but probably due to lack of coherent English. In a city centre museum you would expect someone with a reasonable command of English, there were plenty of university students who would be more than capable of doing the job. The number of rooms with displays was actually surprising. the rooms... More

Fairly strict woman at the desk demanding everyone take their coats off, wander around for 10 minutes and it is done. Not much of interest but if you are interested in old pharmacy and lots of pots then it might be for you.

We stopped here after a walking tour . It doesn't take long to walk around. The place is a replica which is a shame . But the history behind the place is something anyone visiting krakow should know, then they should tell there friends what these brave people who stayed and worked here during the Second World War is never... This small museum is easily missed but so, so worth a visit. We stumbled across what would have been Tadeusz Pankiewicz's Pharmacy Under the Eagle while visiting the ghetto and Heroes Square and reading about it in the guide book. Its only three rooms, but we spent nearly two hours there. It is one of the best museums I have... More

We just happened on the Pharmacy Museum - it is wonderful and interactive. We spent a few hours here - if you don't have time for both Schindler's Factory and the Pharmacy Museum, I would choose the latter!

The whole of the building had been refurbished due to it being emptied in the 70s. It is a very good replica, however, the history of the building has been lost

There are only so many Pharmacy jars you can look at before it becomes boring BUT if that is your interest then it's a great place to spend an hour or two.

Small but very informative. Could get very busy if a large group turns up when you are there. situated in Heroes Square.

You can really see what devices, herbs, potions were used in older times. The climate is really fantastic and there are many exhibits. There are some bottles for poisonous potions with skull and crossbones. Really amazing!

Visited as part of the Schindler and ghetto day. Small museum on site, on corner of 'Heroes Square', worth seeing but by the time we got there it was our third museum in one day. We walked from Schindler factory and then back through Podgorze and Kazmierz, back to our hotel, quite a pleasant stroll.
