Obviously Auschwitz was a sobering experience and made very vivid by our very knowledgeable guide but a "must do" if you're visiting Krakow. Tomasz was our chauffeur for the day from 9.30 -19.30. Not only did he drive us to Auschwitz, Birkanau and the salt mine he also booked us all the tours and even a lunch reservation. If your planning on visiting these sights I would definitely recommend using this service.
