I have no idea what the poor reviews are about. This is one of the best thought out and laid out museums we have been to in any city. Perfect for a wet day as it takes a good 2 hours undercover to see it all. We were recommended to go by our receptionist or we might have missed it... More

Didn't really get this. One rock looks just like another, and in this exhibition, you get a lot of rocks! Each to their own, but this was like being between a rock and a hard place

It took us a few hours to see everything. We had some problems with the audio guide, but everything is written, so you won't miss anything if you don't take a guide.

We stumbled upon the entrance to this and nearly missed it. I'm glad we didn't. This was really well presented, and although I am not so interested in this period of history I did find it quite facinating.

We went here last month during our trip to krakow. It was beautifully built with good attention to detail. You need to spend a lot of time here to read and understand everything. It's not for people who want to rush and see shiny things. The whole underground is built very well with lots of artefacts and structures. Its right... More

Went here with the family as it was recommended as a 'must-see' so was expecting good things. Instead we were faced with lots of similar cobbled roads and some seriously shoddy exhibits. We also had to wait an hour and a half for a time slot yet when we entered it was quiet. There really wasn't one thing of note... More

Extremely well laid out, great attention to detail and an amazing look into history. Well worth a visit but leave yourself a minimum of 2 hours.

I only really had one day to see the city center of Krakow and had not originally put this museum on my list. The day ended up being extremely cold and rainy, however, so I bought a ticket in the information center located on the outer perimeter of the Cloth Hall. To get to the museum, you enter on the... This museum is located beneath the Cloth Hall in Rynek Glowny and in the centre of the City and opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Loved the information about historic Krakow. It takes about 2 hours to walk around and gives a lot of information about the German occupation during the last World War. £4.00 pp entry.

Do not miss this wonderful underground museum which relates the history of Krakow and the market square from its earliest days. A delightful overview of the changes found on a recent renovation of the market square and the history it revealed from hundreds of years ago. Do not miss the panoramic slide show included in your ticket price. (19PLN -... More
