On our first day of four in Kraków it was pouring down with rain. We wanted to do something to see the city and this seemed ideal. The rynek underground is underneath the main square and you go down to it from the entrance which looks like a shop on the outside of cloth hall. There is so much of... More

It was Sunday underground the main market street walk with family. It is nice place to visit to see how the old Cracow looked like. Nothing is fake. It is all as original old streets markets houses etc. There are also some attractions for children including a small theatre exhibition with Wawel Dragon. Worth to see.

Another museum, or so we thought! Lots of reading and usual stuff, until we got to the photos, and realised what had really gone on in the past 10 years! Absolutely brilliant and well worth the visit, please persevere and you will see what we saw

This is a very interesting museum, and a must if you want to know more about the history of Krakow. There is a very fascinating story about how they built the museum in the first place. Amazing. It's interactive and there are touch screens that will enable you to find out more. At first we thought an audio guide would... More

Wonderful insight into the history of the old market square, Can be difficult to find as not a lot of signs to guide you.

We heard there was a Museum under the Cloth Hall and after circling the building we found the entrance on the NE (I think) corner. It was evident from the time we entered that this is a well thought out, well constructed compilation of the history of how Krakow developed over time. The displays are well done with good narratives... More

I was not expecting to go there, because I didn't have great references. Despite that, the entrance was not very obvious. But since I had a couple hours before dinner, I decided to get in... And what a Good Surprise! The works done to recover the underground city have really worth it, and you can feel how things were in... More

I couldnt find this place i dont think Krakow knows how to promote with signs yet which will lose customers. The entrance is hard to find and only after seeing a glum looking man with a badge peering through a glass door did i locate it.I wasnt expecting much once i handed in my back pack,no bags are allowed in...As i...
