We went on both the salt mine tour and the auschwitz tour two days in a row. While both tours were informative and pleasant, the efficiency of the tours had much to be desired. Both days we were left standing, waiting, with no explanation for over an hour on both days. Each day were were given a break and were... More

We booked tour to visit Auschwitz Birkenau through our hotel at the cost of 145 Zloty per person, we opted for the 1130 pick up. On arriving at Auschwitz we stood around for around 30 minutes then were walked like schoolchildren from the car park to the camp then the SeeKrakow reps put us into groups of languages, we went... I am a Tourist Guide myself and this company has been the worst I have been with. The vehicle arrived on time. However the driver was grumpy, and aggresively pointed to the door for us to open it and grreted us with a gruff tickets please. He then proceeded to check our tickets and tear thwm while driving in traffic.... More

We booked our last minute tour to Auschwitz. Their were no spots available for 5 people so we booked through SeeKrakow tours. It cost 145 each as opposed to about 80-100 from everywhere else. They were fairly quick to pick us up from a hotel that we specified (as we were at an Airbnb), and the bus held about 12... More

We booked a last minute trip to the Salt Mine through our hotel, as we were late in reading that you could wait hours for an individual tour. I wish we had just gone on our own. The pickup process was slow and painful, we waited in a hot and crowded restaurant for our tour to start, and it was... More

SeeKrakow was recommended by our hotel. Tour was 145 zlotys & a total waste of money but more so waste of a day because; -minivan aircon so cold in front vents were shut causing rear to be unbearable. -no info by guides in van during 90 min trip -insensitivity by guide when we asked to walk between the two camps... We did a day tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau with Seekrakow. We were late arranging things, so ended up taking this tour. I think there's cheaper ones out there, and it might be worth considering going on your own. They drop you off at Auschwitz 1, where a tour guide takes you through the camp for about and hour and a half.... More

We booked two separate trips with SeeKrakow through our hotel; Auswitch and the Mieliczka Salt Mines (Miners Route). We were picked up at the hotel at the arranged time and driven to the destination in an air conditioned minibus, while picking up a few other participants on the way. All the staff we met spoke english. Auswitch will take most... More

My group of 6 18y/o girls were offered tours by our hostel in Krakow. We bought tickets for the salt mines and Auschwitz, and both were fabulous. It was fairly cheap and included transport to and from the attraction, as well as a guided tour. Not only was it a great way to see the sites, it was also a... More
