My family took three tours with this company on our recent trip - Auchwitz, the salt mines and a city walking tour. All three to be recommended. Pickups from accommodation. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Top class

AUSCHWITZ and BIRKENAU. First thing is to book a tour. I suggest through your hotel, rather than on the street. I used this company. On my English tour we had all nationalities but the visitors all spoke and understood English. Transport, arrivals, queuing, paying for tickets, getting audio equipment and a guide by yourself would be overwhelming. Some visitors arriving... More

I booked my tour and then read the reviews on here and worried that I had made a mistake. See Krakow tours are fine. They picked up from my hotel which was nice. The tour leader (Elena I think) and the driver were both friendly. It was a relaxing drive to Auschwitz and things were very organised when we got... More

Last year we used this tour company to take us to the salt mine. The driver was angry and nearly rear ended 2 cars. We just came back from Zakopane (against my better judgement) we used this un-professional company. We were to ride in an air-conditioned bus, we were picked up at the Radison Blu by an other tour company,... More

Very interesting (both tours) . Pick up was on time and the staff were very friendly. Would strongly recommend as this was stress free and reliable. Picked up and dropped off from the hotel. For the salt mine tour we went on the “miners” tour which was very fun and I would recommend to people who don’t mind the dark... More

I did two tours with this company as I didn't realize there are many other companies doing the same tours. They obviously have some exclusive arrangement with the Tourist office, which I don't think is fair. The first tour was to the Salt Mines. They advertise that each tour has a "professional English speaking tour leader". All this girl did... More

We were collected on time. Yes, the bus was a little cramped but I am 1.84m tall. The guide on bus (Eva) was friendly and chatty. Our guide at both camps was excellent. Her speed, english and sincerity was were all levelled correctly as was her unquestionable interest in history. We got a lot from this tour and with the... More

I booked an Auschwitz tour and a Salt Mine tour with SeeKrakow because it was recommended by my hostel. Paid 105 and 110 zloty respectively because I am a student. They picked me up punctually at the hostel. The van on the tour to Auschwitz had a tv but it wasn't used. :( Thought maybe some film about Auschwitz could... More

Excellent. My wife's family is of Polish origin, and we have long wanted to visit a couple of small villages some 40 miles outside of Krakow that are our best guess at tracing some of her ancestors. There were 4 adults and a 5 year old in our family group and we arranged for a van and driver with SeeKrakow... More
