We paid for a tour of the salt mines. Which included going down to the museum if we wanted to or you could take lift back up to the surface. When we got to that point they didnt give us the option and when questioned we were told that the tour operators didnt allow enough time and the people carrier... More

Booked two tours via the Tourist information office just below our apartment. Each tour cost 130 Polish zloty which works out at approximately £23.50 We were picked up opposite our apartment for both tours. Absolutely moving tour. It was an incredible experience and the tour guide was awesome. The mood was set by the place itself, but the tour guide was very passionate and made it that much more moving. With a headset, was able to look at exhibits with the information being spoken and a better understanding of the exhibit. This is a... More

Simple and effective process to book a driver to and from Auschwitz. Andrew was our driver and a joy to talk to. He was also very accommodating with any requests and questions we had. We highly recommend him.

Tour was excellent. We got picked up from the hotel at 8:30 and travelled in a minibus with about 16 other people. The tour was well organised and everything went smoothly. Our guide spoke great English and was very informative. Make sure not to bring big bags with you to Auschwitz as they aren't allowed. You also have to go... More

One of the main things we wanted to do while in Krakow was to take a tour of Auschwitz. We booked our tour through SeeKrakow and they were a great tour company. The guides were very informative and friendly. A coach bus picked us up outside our hostel and the price included our transportation and entrance to the exhibit (105PLN... More

We booked See Krakow tours through 'Infokrakow' when we arrived on Sunday morning, and found them to be very helpful. We booked a golf buggy ride the 3 tours for Sunday afternoon, The guide we had seemed knowledgeable about all the areas within the city along with the audio., he also stopped to allow me to step out and take... Not normally a tour type of person but would throughly recommend this one. Well organised with very good guides. You will struggle to find better informed guides and the chaos outside the museum would be difficult to navigate on your own. Well worth it

So informative and enjoyable. Lots of interesting facts given too as well as the darker stories. Would recommend that you do this tour early in stay do you can understand some of the history of what you are seeing. Highly recommend!
