I have travelled a lot, but I never write reviews. For some reason I feel I should write one for this. I did both the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine tours (two separate days, though they do offer an absurd one day option). I don't recommend the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum tour. It is too rushed and it feels... More

Visiting Auschwitz was one of the most humbling experiences I have ever had. The coldhearted cruelty that was inflicted on those poor prisoners was palpable, even now. My husband and I agreed that the camp felt sterile and this feeling was further enhanced as we walked through learning the details of what went on - the conditions they endured, the... More

I went on the Auschwitz tour and I thought they were so professional and felt it was such good value for money that I booked the salt mines for the very next day. I am often reluctant to do tours I normally make my own way to places but I definitely think this was the right choice. Firstly they are... More

We did the salt mine your with Sebastian and it has been the highlight of my travels so far. The salt mine in itself was amazing and Sebastian was great. One critique would be for the mine- not charging people for taking photos, but other than that it was great

We went with Krakow City Tours. It was excellent. What I liked was that they don't even let you go to Auschwitz unless you're with a guide. It is SO important to get all the information from someone who knows!!

The best tours ever. The guides are great and friendly. They give you value for money. The places they take you are wonderful. The buses / vans are fully air-conditioned. They also offer free lunches with every tour you take. Highly recommended

I initially had very low expectations fore this attraction but I was pleasantly surprised. The English tour guide was amazing, very clearly spoken and extremely enthusiastic about his job. Would 100% recommend this trip to anyone in Krakow.

We went on a tour of the Salt Mines and Sebastian was our guide. He is a great guide, funny and informative. Really worth a visit as we learned about the mines and the region's industrial history.

They played 2 documentaries on the coach to cover all the background info necessary to understand Auschwitz & the holocaust. The guide who took us around Auschwitz I & II was great and clearly very passionate, interested & knowledgeable about the subject. They also give you a ticket for a free lunch at a nearby hostel cafe/restaurant, the food was... More
