We went on two tours organised by Cracow City Tours. The first was to Auschwitz, it was well organised with excellent guides. The second tour was to the Salt Mines, we went as we were told it was a 'must see'. I wouldn't say it is a must see however the tour was well organised. We received a free lunch... More

We were given Ada as a guide, and it was just the two of us. 3 hours of mon stop questions and answers, responding to every query we had about Cracow, Poland, World War Two, the Jewish quarter and Russia. She was patient, explored our interests and took us to everyplace entitled in the tour. As compared to the free... More

Hi, I can see you had kind of private tour with our guide Kasia : ) I'm glad to know that you are satisfied with our services especially with Kasia, she's one of our best guides for Zakopane and Tatry. You're always very welcome if you would like to visit some sites with Kasia Regards, Tom More

My daughter and I took tour from Krakow city centre at 0900. Bus left on time and we watched documentary in bus during 75min trip to Auschwitz 1. We were met by Eva our English guide who walked us through the camp and exhibits. She showed respect and sensitivity for the harrowing subject matter and audio was very good with... More

We visited auschwitz and birkenau as part of a tour group. It was 100 and we were picked up and dropped off took from 9am and dropped off about 3.30pm. The tour guide was amazing and you should book as part of a tour as its worth it. Thanks again!

The tour itself (Auschwitz/Birkenau) was good. What prevents me from leaving a five-star rating is the behavior of the Cracow City Tour guide Grigoriy. On the way to Auschwitz, a girl became ill and threw up on the bus. Because there were no motion sickness bags available on the bus, some of the vomit ended on the seat. Grigoriy appeared... More

I spoke to our people who were working that day and also there was one of our office managers on the bus. Now I know this situtation from both sides. Belive that as owner of this company I've seen a lot... More

Used Cracow City Tours twice during our stay. Tickets were booked through our hotel and all we had to do was turn up. Coach pick up was at the coach park opposite the Sheraton Hotel so was easy. Our first trip was to Auschwitz and was a busy Monday. Our guide Jacek did a brilliant job throughout the day as... More

We visited Krakow during September - our first in the region and Auschwitz/Birkenau was one of the first things we put on our todo list. I just think it is one of those things every person that has the chance to visit MUST do. We booked our Wieliczka tour through the hostel we stayed at but I heard good things... More

I am living in Cracow for almost 3 years now and I still love discovering it and seeing how things develop in this town.
