We took three trips during our stay in krakow. We aged from 16yrs to 65 yrs and would like to say a massive thankyou to cracow city tours. All information about trips was fully explained. During the tours we were looked after extremely well. Tour guides were very informative and able to answer any questions we had. All tour guides... More

Can't recommend this lot highly enough. We paid 210PLN (£38) each for our all-day trip to Auschwitz and Wieliczka salt mine. Both were absolutely incredible and humbling in equal measure. Our trips were taken in a safe, comfortable, warm vehicle with a professional and responsible driver. It's a long day, but worth doing if you're strapped for time. We departed... More

We did both of these tours but on separate days, the first one was Auschwitz the journey there was a bit hairy it had snowed quite a bit, and a bit of a blizzard in places the mini bus skidded a few times but got there and back ok and not that bad, it would have been cancelled if in... More

We didn't have much time in Krakow so I booked a one day tour of Auschwitz and the Salt Mines with Cracow City Tours. The tours where well organised and efficiently run, we where well warned by staff that it was going to be a hectic day fitting both tours in, but that suited us well. The guides at both... More

We went on two tours with this company, they were the salt mines and the Auschwitz & Birkenau day tours. The first was the salt mines, our guide was very good but as for the place itself, I found it a bit pricey for what it was. It lasted about 4 hours. On the other hand, the tour to Auschwitz... More

Me and 4 other friends took the tour to Wieliczka Salt Mine in the middle of the winter. We were a late signup, but that was no problem for them. All that changed was the guide didn't have the time to come to Krakow for it, so we were to meet him at Wieliczka itself. We were lucky enough to... More

We went on two tours organised by Cracow City Tours. The first was to Auschwitz, it was well organised with excellent guides. The second tour was to the Salt Mines, we went as we were told it was a 'must see'. I wouldn't say it is a must see however the tour was well organised. We received a free lunch... More

We were given Ada as a guide, and it was just the two of us. 3 hours of mon stop questions and answers, responding to every query we had about Cracow, Poland, World War Two, the Jewish quarter and Russia. She was patient, explored our interests and took us to everyplace entitled in the tour. As compared to the free... More

Hi, I can see you had kind of private tour with our guide Kasia : ) I'm glad to know that you are satisfied with our services especially with Kasia, she's one of our best guides for Zakopane and Tatry. You're always very welcome if you would like to visit some sites with Kasia Regards, Tom More

My daughter and I took tour from Krakow city centre at 0900. Bus left on time and we watched documentary in bus during 75min trip to Auschwitz 1. We were met by Eva our English guide who walked us through the camp and exhibits. She showed respect and sensitivity for the harrowing subject matter and audio was very good with... More
