Historical gem in the center of Szczecin. Worth to visit it with a guide who can would tell you lots of interesting stories. There is also a museum, theater and opera located over there so plenty to do for art and history lovers. Must see when visiting Szczecin.

Got there about 11 and museum was shut. Went into tourist info office but staff didn't look up from there screens. Castle is undergoing building work so not much to see from the outside.

This is a wonderful historic place to wander around. You are not timed or bothered and can look at your own pace, which always appeals to us. It had a history that we were not familiar with and so was most interesting to learn about. I think all ages would enjoy a visit here. There is plenty of room for... More

I guess its just me but I wasn't impressed with this so called castle, it just seemed as though it was built by so many different people that none did a decent job of it

Picturesque castle. Important spot on Szczecin's map. It is worth to visit a museum that is placed inside. There is also a Tourist Information Center there.

A church is always solemn. So if it is not a special architecture, both inside and outside, there is nothing appealing to a visitor without religion.

The place is under reconstruction, but there is very little to see or do unless you are having a wedding or going to a concert.

Really wonderful castle, but unfortunately for me it was under renovation so I could not see it from the inside. It was a belly dance show in the court the first evening I was there and it looks like a great place for cultural activities!

This is the best place for visiting in Szczecin. Castle is beautiful after the long renovation. Renaissance style with Pomeranian style of buildings make an impression. Inside is museum, opera and gallery of art. Often there are chamber concerts. Lovely place!

A beautiful castle, well restored, but the Museum was small and didn't give alot of information or experience with the Castle itself.
