We are from the Napa Valley, and we love wine. This was an excellent opportunity to be able to taste some Czech wines. There was a little problem in communication, and I am still not sure of the time limit when you purchase a ticket. You are given a glass and a wine list and sent into a cellar with... More

A friend of mine gave me a great present - two nights in Valtice plus tickets to the shrine of wine worshippers. Be sure that absolutely all sorts of tourist will be pleased to visit this attraction. Growing grapes and making wine means knowledge and art. Lots of information to be found on big boards to be read easily. Evry... More

Superb experience for wine lovers. Having chance to taste up to 100 best Czech/Moravian wines is relally unique. Great for couples, friends and business. The cellar is beautiful and if you like any of the wines, you can buy them right there. Got a nice box of my favorites :).

I´ve visited this August and it was great relieve from high temperatures outside. There are very good red wines this year. I like Pinot Noir and there is one (under no.68), which is really worth of price they offer. I really appreciate extended unguided tasting possibility in duration of 150 minutes (normal is 90 minutes). According to me, it is... More

This is a fantastic venue offering an experience to suit all pockets. We went for the chespest option which offers a pre-paid card which allos you to select from a choice of wines from an automated dispenser. We had great fun chosing and tasting wines that we would never have experienced.

Narodni salon vin is a selection of 100 "best" (they are really good, but everybody has own tastes) wines from the Czech Republic. We chose the most expensive package including a sommelier and a selection of around 10 wines. We got 2-3 probes as a bonus as the sommelier saw we know something about it and are not there just... This is the right place to taste the best Czech Wines. The cellar is housed in one of the wings of the beautiful castle. We have been on a lot of wine tasting tours across the world and have to say that this experience was very good. For a fee of 355Kc (about 14 EURO), you are given a wine... More

South Moravia is the Czech Republic most important wine producing region. Located inside the Valtice chateau, in a cellar of course - the National Wine Salon offers a unique opportunity to taste a wide spectrum of Czech wines, which have been improving year after year. There are different entrance fee options depending on the amount of wines you might like... More
