Now that was an interesting place to visit. You can learn about some of the entertaining legends of the place, for instance why the crocodile is hanged on the ceiling (which is supposed to be a dragon), and why one of the "phials" on the tower is deformed.

Very nice and unique courthouse. Enstrance is very beautifull. I would suggest to put some more information in front of it.

Visited tower twice - it was that cool! Take a camera - perfect place for iPhone panoramas. Fresco Hall was ok, have to have guide. Treasury Room also required guide - not worth the time. Tower not open in winter months. One small fee covers all, tower worth fee! Be sure to see gothic portal, the wavy obelisk is fun.

A lot of history in this building and its walls. The suspended crocodile (dragon) was a shock but is really quaint. Its easy to see it all and it's free.

Won't accept payment in euros but accept credit cards. A few old artifacts displayed on the first floor. Good views of the city. Steps are spaced nicely for an easy climb.

Very nice place to walk around, to read notices on monuments and to feel historical atmosphere. There is a tiny lake with a mini water fall in the area.

Has three attractions. 1. The remarkable facade with an intentionally leaning of the central tower. 2. In transit shall deliver a stuffed crocodile representing in custody a notorious "the brno dragon" etc. After climbing the tower you can see not only the city, but also its beautiful surroundings..

Good way to burn off any cake you have eaten!! Hundreds of stairs to the top of the town hall, ending up with a fabulous view of Brno.

Get a feel for the layout and the architecture of Brno by climbing the tower and, at the same time, take in a little history by looking at the well documented exhibits. I get vertigo but the stairs are sturdy and wide and the views are accessible from indoors, although the more adventurous can step outslde. So I didn't have... More

You're greeted by a stuffed crocodile hanging from the ceiling when entering the town hall corridor, which is an interesting sight. I just wandered around a bit and bought a ticket to climb up the tower, but everything else was closed. Apparently there is a regular tour that you can take that probably gives access to more rooms, but I... More
