We booked seats in a private box seating just the two of us. The tickets were bought online and was delivered to us at the front entrance on the night of the show as promised. The venue was quite beautiful and the opera performance even better. Recommended.

I didn't see an event at the National theatre but the best views are from the other side of the river rather than from the side where the theatre is.

Over my three months in Europe, I've toured many opera houses but none as as beautiful as Narodni Divadlo. I saw the opera Carmen and loved it. The music was my favorite part. It is performed in the orignal language but subtitles in English and Czech are displayed on a screen above the stage. Get there early to walk around...

Miracle of Mary Opera was very good, with incredible harmony and voices! The Theater is one of the most beautiful we have seen in the world!--this is a must see!

We saw an inspired version of the ballet Cinderella. It was a wonderful evening. The interior of the building is worth a visit by itself but adding a performance made it special.
