We stopped by the Wallenstein Palace Gardens after visiting Prague Castle, and I'm very happy we did so. The entrance is actually a bit hard to spot, hidden away in a corner next to the metro stop. Once inside, you'll be greeted by a large pool full of colorful fish, some classical statues, and various trimmed hedges. If you hear... more

These are the gardens of Wallestein Palace. It was built between 1624 and 1630. This building is currently home of the Czech Minister of Culture. You can't go inside the palace, but you can spend some time into these beautiful gardens and see the sala terrena (a porch) with its beautiful frescoes. Address; Letenska ul. Prague 1.
