We stayed at Aria Hotel and had the privilege and pleasure of visiting this beautiful and enchanting garden almost daily after breakfast. In a nutshell, when I retire, I want to come to Prague and live here as a gardener! :-) That said, it's certainly one of the must-see attractions of Prague! Kudos to each and every gardener/ personnel who... More

We had the pleasure of staying next door to this beautiful garden and had private access to it each evening. The view from the very top is divine day or night. There is even an aviary in this garden. The hedges are immaculate and there are only a few people in this garden at any given time. There are benches... More

Beautiful garden with an astonishing view of the city, accessed from a small entrance, so it's not so visited as other places around. There were a few couples taking wedding photos, so we had to wait a while to access the upper levels. Perhaps with one hour one could see it all and make beautiful pictures. Really romantic!

We went on a Sunday and 3 or 4 wedding couples were celebrating and having photo shoots all over the garden so we didn't have access to the low levels. That didn't matter much because it's the upper parts that is the most beautiful part of the garden with great scenery and amazing layout. Not too many tourists when we... More

Beautiful, cascade garden which is not too small. On the top of it there is a nice viewpoint to Prague.

This garden was beautiful, but if you have trouble with steps, you may not want to go. Once you've climbed to the top, there's an amazing view of the city. I don't have a fear of heights, but I was a little shaky up there!

We enjoyed the structure and order of these pristine gardens. Its worth stopping on each terrace to enjoy the views and the last terrace provides a nice view of the castle. The gardens had recently had begonias planted so we did not see the 10 000 violets they usually have on display. The box hedges were beautiful. The aviary and... More

This terrace garden is one of the best gardens in Prague. On every level is another type of flowers, everything is perfectly cut and there are even oriental birds near the fountain.

This is a ticketed garden but the ticket cost just 2.5 Eur approx. It was pretty peaceful without much crowds (at least when we went). The garden was well maintained though we expected some flowers (being spring) which was not much. Can spend a relaxing hour or two in here.
