The Cathedral is a Gothic building which reminded me a lot of Gloucester Cathedral, but with beautiful stained glass. It is on a hill next to the Castle.

This is an amazing church! Sitting up on the hill at the castle, we walked from Old Town. Its beautiful architecture and must be seen inside & out! One of the most beautiful churches in Europe! After the church we walked our way back down, it was a long day but we loved it!

There is amazing stained glass in here. Make sure you buy a 'photo pass', or you won't be able to take photos.

If all cathedrals are as beautiful as St. Vitus, one may consider converting to a religion that requires regular visits !

The approach to the church was awe inspiring. We were allowed into the front of the church but had to pay if we wanted to go further in. As we were able to take a picture of the main altar, internal church roof and some stained glass window, we didn't feel the need to pay to see any more! There... More

We were taken to Cathedral on a walking tour and was very impressed. The history of the cathedral was very interesting to listen to and we were glad we didn't miss it out.

A very impressive building, not overly expensive to tour but key features are fenced off - which is understandable but not the case with some of Europes grander Cathedrals. While it may have the wow factor to some - it almost certainly won't if you have been to Rome or Barcelona. It didn't help that our week in Prague was... More

We went on a 3 hour coach & walking trip during our stay which took us up to the Cathedral. Absolutely beautiful.

Located amongst the castle complex, the scale of the cathedral is impressive and you certainly will need a wide angle lens to capture the entirety of this very grand building. The interior of the cathedral is as impressive as the exterior.

Part of entrance fee to castle, the stained glass in wonderful and from several different eras. Better earlier when quieter to get the feel of the wonderful space.
