This bridge has amazing homemade jewellery and artwork crated by extremely talented people. With very affordable prices, a good spot to get a one of a kind souvenir. Was definitely a highlight to our trip!

When we told family and friends we were visiting Prague everyone mentioned the famous Charles Bridge. On the way to the castle we walked across and were very underwhelmed. It is just a nice bridge with statues and lots of people selling pictures. Its a nice route to the castle but I wouldn't go out of your way to visit.... More

The romantic and classic attraction, cant be missed by a visitor to the city. Besides the historical aspects, Charles bridge reflects the charm of the city, with major activities centered around the bridge. Musicians, artists, jugglers, stalls, makeshift shops.. all transcend here with little bit of Prague. The restaurants located on either side sample best menu the city has to... More

What a magnificent experience. Dont be put off by the trades people selling items from their stalls. Unlike a lot of Europe, the sellers do not pester you and actually allow you to have a leisurely browse. Obviously crowded so would recommend an early morning visit (possibly even before breakfast). Also an absolute "must do" after nightfall. The whole area... More

old stone bridge over the river just for pedestrians. lots of small craft stalls & musicians and wonderful views. probably one of the few places that you can actually buy some handmade stuff. most other places are the usual tourist tat. deff worth a visit.

Great very very old - 1350's - very very long - + 500 meters - very nice bridge with very nice towers on both sides. Many street artists. Crowded, though.

We went up the (138 steps) tower on a beautiful sunny day and it was glorious. There is an admission desk a few steps up (less than £3 per person). Well worth it (and less busy than the astronomical clock)!
