Gorgeously scenic and a surprise that the Soviets did not destroy it. Could use some vapor cleaning throughout. Descend the stairway at half-bridge in the Old Town area to access scenic canals located under the bridge.

An historic site from the 14 century builds by Charles the 4th. All made of stones with 2 towers on both sides of the bridge and over 30 statues on the bridge rims. On the old town side of the bridge tower you can climb up and get a real nice view. The Bridge is loaded with artist stands of... More

On my first day in Prague, i was intrigued to see so many tours and souvenirs about ghosts, witches and all things that remind of gothic folklore and culture. I wasnt sure what exactly is the basis of these ghost stories and during my stay, i did manage to learn a few interesting and fascinating stories that are part of... More

It is a beautiful bridge to view and to walk across. We happen to be there at a time when it was the super moon. It was beautiful all lite up at night. The only problem was it was crowded and you had to work your way through the crowd especially during the day. You have to cross it if... More

Just beautiful and enjoyable. A must attraction in the city as well as both sides of the bridge - the old town on one side, and the lesser part of the city on the other. Loved Prague.

This is a lovely old bridge only used by pedestrians at this point in time. The bridge is filled with people strolling, artists painting, musicians, magicians, and entertainers of all sorts. It is well worth a visit both during the day and in the evening hours.

Go during the day and it is packed ! I went at 8.00am one morning and you can stroll around taking pictures almost by yourself! There are a couple of nice restaurants on the castle side below the bridge which are good value for lunch but do not take credit cards
