You can't go to Prague without visiting Charles Bridge however I didn't spend a ton of time on the bridge because of the enormous number of people milling around. If you don't love crowds, you won't enjoy this as much as others. Lots of vendors and musicians!!

It will be crowded, but the view is spectacular. The bridge it self is probably better to see it with daylight, but visiting at night is a different experience. You get to see the city lights from a different perspective. But of course, as in any other big city, beware of pickpockets!

A nice bridge, very crowded day & night. One of the main simbois of Prague. Illuminated at nights and impressive with the background of the Castle.

So nice, so lovely, I recommend to cross it early in the morning around 10, then it won't be full with tourists. It's nice to grab some info previously so you can understand all the images and the history of the bridge. I crossed the bridge and went all the way up to the castle, it was tiring but totally... Very interesting bridge - stalls and acts along the bridge but nobody hassling. Great views. Can be very busy but that's to be expected.

Artists playing music, selling paintings, people walking and taking pictures. What a wonderful atmosphere ! Views from the Bridge, especially from the tower(if... More

If you're sightseeing in Prague, chances are you'll have to cross the river at least two times to see the sights. On at least one crossing, take this bridge and get some great pictures. It's quite crowded, but the views are great and the bridge itself is stunning. Weaving through the crowds, vendors, musicians, and artists can be kind of... More

good atmosphere, many souvenir stalls, artists but too crowdy. If you go to Prague, simply you have to visit this one of the nicest bridges in Europe.
