The most beautiful view I've ever seen in a city! Someone told me that Prague, together with Paris and Venice is a city you have to see in your life. He was right! Why took me so long to go to a place so amazingly pretty!?? If you have to choose, pick Prague!

This is a walking bridge full of sculptures of saints at every point. During the day it is choke full of people, but if you go early in the morning, you can enjoy the bridge almost by yourself.

Heaving with people and stalls selling 'crafts' and musicians. Avoid it if you don't like crowds. Not particularly attractive although I appreciate it is very old. Nor is it very well illuminated at night. But you will probably want to use it to get to the castle. The Chain Bridge in Budapest is much better!

This is a bridge, it crosses the river, has some statues on it. It is nothing special and too busy at peak times. As you would expect there are some tourist focused stalls.

Butiful statues and view over Vltava. A little too crowded and a lot of caricature painters in the middle of the day. Go early in the morning and enjoy the birds on and around the river.

Everyone's talking about it if you mention Prague. A Must see in the itinerary, this bridge connects the old city and mana strana, and is lined with historical and baroque statues along each side, with every one of it uniquely different, coupled with Prague castle and the lively river and the city as the backdrop, one just can't miss this... Beautiful views but very, very crowded. Prepare for the masses and watch your belongings. It is a must-see attraction while in Prague, though.

Charles Bridge and the views on and from the bridge are stunning, but you need to get there before 8 to miss the crowds ( Easter weekend sooo busy!). Explore the areas to left and right of bridge too for fantastic quiet but beautiful streets.

Felt the bridge with what I had read before going was a bit of a let down, not at all what I imagined but never the less great views. Small kind of market stalls selling their wares, artists painting portraits for a fee. Gothic statues up and down both sides of the bridge, lots of tourists.
