This is a large square with numerous restaurants and food kiosks within a stones throw of each other. We kept coming back to this area as we traversed the city for three days. More

The highlight must be the Astronomical Clock. It is absolutely beautiful, as is the building in which it is housed. We were lucky enough to have the enormous doors just to the side open as we passed by. Like a flash we were in, and the ceiling was superb- then we were chucked out, but it is a lovely memory.... During our visit to the Square a Food Festival was in full swing. Everything from roasted sauges,grilled Hams and sweets as well as other Czech specialities were for sale.Delicious. More

A fairy tale view - like something that Disney would build only this is real.
