A must-see, obviously - the architecture is really something. It was mobbed with tourists when we were there, so you might think about some off peak times if you have that option.

The Old Town Square is everything it is billed to be. From amazing architecture to historical interest--everything is Disney-like to a North Carolina boy. However, summer in Europe brings crowds, big crowds. Be prepared for close contact with the world's tourists. That should not put you off, but as we were repeatedly warned, Prague is like any other city in... More

It's amazing how a "simple" square can be so astonishing! And exists in the form of the Old Town Square in Prague. Besides the beauty of the surrounding buildings and its churches, there's always movement, street performances and the inevitable astronomical clock! A must visit for every tourist!

We toured Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Krakow and Budapest. We enjoyed all of these destinations however Prague was our favorite.

After the Charles Bridge, take a 10min stroll to the Old Town Square and marvel at the magnificent architecture all around you. Of course there is the famous clock and plenty of restaurants as well but there is a majestic feeling of old world splendour as you walk through the square. This is where you should change your money into... More
