We had a very small tour, with only the 3 of us on it. Our guide was Tatiana and really tailored the tour to us and our needs. Lunch was at a fun restaurant that had a great view of the city. The food was very good and they were able to tailor the menu for me as a vegetarian... More

My friend and I booked a trip to Terezin before we left Canada. We were picked up at the hotel, and driven to the meeting point in the centre of Prague. There were no other people taking the tour that day, so we had a private tour with the tour guide, Marketa Schumacherova. She drove us to Terezin in her... More

Oddly, even if you have paid them in advance, they would still need a confirmation. They had cancelled our tour since we had not called ahead to confirm. The Guides were horrible. Its definitely not worth it.

Through Viator we booked a day trip to Vienna from Prague. Upon getting picked up by Gray Line we were greeted with "we have a problem". The passenger car is truly made for 7 passengers, we had 8 and I had to sit in the front middle seat, hump on the floorboard so nowhere to place my legs. I sat... More

I booked an excursion to Karlovy Vary. When I arrived at the meeting point, there was nobody. I called the company and they told me to wait, somebody will come to pick me up. Half an hour later, I went to the Gray Line stand and I was told that the tour was cancelled because I was the only one... More

The sun shone, the trip was very cheap, we had a really good commentary and you see Prague differently. How beautiful it is, the city of a thousand spires.

We booked our tour of Prague through VIATOR and greyline was the local operator. We were promptly picked up and transferred to our bus and met our guide,Tatiana. The tour proceeded at breakneck pace-first about an our tour of the city by bus, then the rest of the tour walking. Not a tour for the faint-hearted,the pace was very quick.Dropped off on the... We took the Cesky Krumlov tour on 14 October 2014 and let me first say it is a wonderful city to visit, but with Gray Lines schedule, we got a rushed 30-45 minutes to actually walk the town, which was hugely disappointing, since such a beautiful place. This tour needs to change 2 things: 1) Lower price and let people... More

My wife and I took the Gray Line Tour entitled Prague City by Bus and by Foot & Change of Guard. The first part is by bus and the second part is walking, in total the tour is advertised as 3 hours. It started on the wrong foot when we were not picked up on time at our hotel which... More

I bought a round trip ticket with Gray Line Prague from Expedia. I emailed them 2 weeks ahead of my trip and never received a confirmation. I then contacted them again a few days before my trip and they would only confirm my transportation from the airport. When I asked for them to confirm the return trip from the hotel... More
