I took the Gray Line River Tour on the river in Prague last Saturday and I really enjoyed it. I was fairly tired from sightseeing and I found a 2 hour trip up and down the river really relaxing and enjoyable. Our boat was pratically empty apart from a Czech family and a Russian couple and so it was lovely... More

I had the best tour guide in Prague, Alice Hartman. We did a trip to Chesny Krumlov with her. She was informative, cheerful, friendly and helpful in every way. It was a pleasure to meet her as she had one of those warm, happy personalities. I would highly recommend her. Signed, Robin

It was not organized at all. We paid 3000 koruna per person to spend almost 11 hours in the bus (because the driver didn't know the road) and 3 hours in Vienna trying to get to the city center (walking after the "silent" guides). The two guides were fighting most of the time!! They didn't answer our questions, saying that... More

Save yourself the time and money; download Rick Steves' Prague City Walk podcast instead. Our guide seemed more interested in pointing out hotels and department stores (with additional commentary on the ills of capitalism and globalization) than talking about actual historic sites - which we quickly drove past. The only actual stop was the Prague castle, where little more information... More

We did the 7 hour bus and boat tour of Prague. Only the first 45 minutes was on the bus, the rest was a walking tour, aside from the boat and lunch break. The tour guide only spoke broken English which we could not follow. 2 people left the tour as soon as it started as their window was impossible... More

Dear client, I am sorry to read that your were not completely satisfied with our service. I am not sure if the fact that most of the tour was by walking was bad for you or you were just pointing the fact. This tour is planned to be mostly walking because it is much nicer experience to walk in the... More

Dear client, thank you for spending your time to write this review. I know that the journey to Vienna is long and exhausting but we can´t change the distance between these cities. We are trying to leave Prague early and get back late so you can have as much time in Vienna as possible. But in Vienna is too much... More

If you want to spend 13 hours on a bus ride to hear about sites you will only drive by at 40 mph, then spend hours at an outlet mall with bathroom breaks at sketchy gas stations, this is the trip for you. KFC was the only food available at the 2 stops made at the outlet mall going &... More

We took a day tour to Cesky Krumlov. Excellent day out. What made the difference for us was our host for the day, Petr Burka. Normally, I would be asleep in the back of the car but Petr had such interesting things to say, he kept me awake through the journey. Extremely knowledgeable not just of Czech history but also...
