I've done free tours in quite a few European cities, and this one was right up there with the best of them. The city is beautiful, and the history fascinating. Levan was a great tour guide. He was really knowledgeable, and answered a few extra questions that we had. I'd definitely recommend this.

I was in Prague with 3 friends during the weekend and we took the free tour with Pistis. It was really interesting knowing a little bit more about the history and culture of the city and also very amusing. It was so good that we decided to take the Castle tour at 11:00 the next day with Dave and pay... More

Did the tour with Pistis and he was one of the highlights of the city itself. A city that, by the way, is Wonderland (yes, as in Alice in Wonderland). Definitely recommended if you want to know a little bit about the city you are visiting, or to spend a joyful afternoon. I would even repeat!!

Tatiana was wonderful, she took a large group of 40 around the city, didn't loose anyone although it was very busy with lots of other tours moving around. Showed us lots of historical buildings, knew all her facts and had lots of unusual tales to tell us. Her English was perfect and she could project her voice well so everyone... More

Out of all the walking tours we've been on for the past month in Europe, Callum really made our time in Prague one of the best. We did the free walking tour with him and decided he was one of the best guides we've had and continued on the Castle Tour with him in the afternoon. He went above and... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
