What an awesome day! Cesky Krumlov was the highlight of our time in The Czech Republic. Not just because it is a cool place, but because our private guide George knew so much about it. Every way along the trip he was telling us the well known and little known stories about the town. And we felt special in this... More

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed this day trip with Premysl Voska from Prague to Cesky Krumlov and final destination Vienna. Pickup was from our hotel at 7:00 am; we stopped along the way to pick up a coffee we were a little behind this morning due to a late night before with friends in Prague. We stopped in Cesky... More

My husband and four friends enjoyed a fabulous tour of this majestic city with Prem. We were promptly picked up at our hotel. The 2.5 hour drive on a rainy Sunday morning was comfortable in Prem's Mercedes van with extra leg room. Prem navigated the rainy roads with ease while providing historical data. The tour in Cesky Krumlov included a... More

We were first time in Prague, In the Old Town Square we joined a free tour with Callum as the tour guide. Having travelled far and wide I have never encountered such a brilliant guide the only person you should use as a guide round this city is Callum, his deliverance is second to none, very knowledgeable with a brilliant... Dear lindylo1, we certainly don´t provide free tours. Even though you have enjoyed the tour I cannot recommend this service because most of the explanations that are given during free tours are inaccurate and twisted. It is a common practice that a tour guide who was doing free tours in Berlin, came to Prague yesterday, learned a few pages about... More

I wanted to visit the village where my grandmother was born. I arranged a day trip to Zdar with Jay and sent him some paperwork - all in Czech. He was able to locate the actual village and address of both my grandmother and grandfather. I was looking forward to a simple stop in their home town and wander the... More

We can't rate Jay more highly for accommodating our touring requirements within a short stay and supplying knowledgeable and personable guides. I would especially like to mention, Zuzana Petraskova who took us to Terezin and Danuse Chaloupkova who filled in the gaps from our previous tours and took us off the beaten track to show us the parts of Prague... We recently decided to devote one of our days in Prague to visit Auschwitz. We figured we wouldn't be closer and it's always been on my "bucket list". This turned out to be a great decision. The day is a long one and we definitely recommend leaving the hotel early (we left at 5am) in order to beat the crowds... More

Our guide Premyst, who is a resident of Prague, picked us up promptly at our designated time and place. While en route to our destination, Cesky Krumlov, 2 1/2 hrs away we were told the history of the area that we were driving through as well as the history of the town and castle where we were headed. The vehicle... More

I was in Prague for only 5 days ... a cosy hotel next to Carlos' Bridge. Don't remember the name but it is no doubt, the nicest city of Europe and I could say from the World. Worth visiting it .... Don´t miss the Jewish Quarter - no matter what your religion is and the Opera House. Outstanding, amazing, marvellous.... More

My Parents, my husband and I were scheduled to be in Prague for 3 days preceding a Danube River cruise, and wanted to visit Cesky Krumlov. I originally scheduled a tour with Jay @ Private Prague Guide, but the day before we were scheduled to fly to Prague, I realized that I miscalculated our arrival date (losing a day in... More
