I always wanted to try a Segway tour, I am so happy I did my first tour in Prague. Prague is so awesome, especially at night, not that many people on the street and is much cooler than the day time. Thanks for my guide Ondre, he was very very nice, told me the stories about Prague, shown me many... More

After two days of walking around Prague, my wife and I were ready for a faster pace, less effort, and a knowledgable guide. Our dreams were answered by "Prague on Segway" and our guide, Gabriella, who comprised the perfect combination of knowledge, enthusiasm, and fun. She built the tour around the things we wanted to see, and made excellent recommendations... More

I and my wife were in Prague for a Holiday..One of our cousins from India suggested us Prague on Segway, the best way to see the Lesser Town...Michael was a phone call away and he was really helpful in booking our tour.. Their office was near the American Embassy and easy to locate...as soon as we reached Gabriella our guide... More

Never been on a segway before, got an introduction to learn until we were comfortable, no rush - all good. Great first impression, nice tour and the guide (Ellie) was very kind, happy and full attention to us and the safety. We stopped as long as we wanted to, took pictures, got information from Ellie. We hade a great time,... More

My 21 year old daughter and myself had a great hour tour on these vehicles! I was a bit apprehensive but after a quick lesson we were off with our tour guide Alex who took us where we wanted to go. It was great fun and would definitely recommend it. We picked it up from the old square after checking... More

We've just returned home after a two-month visit to Europe. We combined car travel, a river cruise, and camping. We took a tour in each big city we visited, and we decided to splurge on a Segway tour in Prague. After reading the reviews, we settled on Prague on Segway. We are so glad we did! Our first encounter with... More

Money well spent!! 3 hours out touring the viewpoints of Prague. Our guide Betty was really helpful and friendly. Kept us in check and we had the hang of the segways in no time! Learnt plenty of interesting facts and she even bought us a pint half way round! Would recommend to anyone and also come do again another time

We arrived at 10am from our very long 21hours of travel. Got to hotel at 12pm and slept til 5pm. I had pre booked the 6pm tour so we HAD to get up. That's hard to do! It was a perfect distraction for three hours from our exhaustion. We got an overview of the city quickly by segway and delete... More

We took our 13 year old on this tour and we certainly enjoyed it. We stayed away from the crowds as best we could and did a scenic tour round the city; looking down from various viewpoints. We completed our tour within 2.5 hours so we were left wondering if we should have gone somewhere else for the extra half... More

We arrived in Prague in the afternoon and wanted to get a quick sense of the winding cobble streets and hills, so decided to get straight on the evening Viewpoints Tour. We were not disappointed - our guide Betty was amazing, giving us intricate details on Prague's history, a real insight into the fantastic Czech people and some great ideas... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
