Very good for lunch!

We have been here several times for lunch with others and always enjoyed it. Haven't played golf here though but you can see the quality of the course!

The latest stop on our biannual golf day tour took me and my two friends to Sunningdale for a full day at this stunning club. We had a warm greeting from the staff at the clubhouse entrance with signage also personally welcoming us. We were directed to the visitors changing rooms (if this is the standard for the visitors, the... More

Having 2 of the top 100 golf courses in the country sets the context, although this is only part of the story. I have been lucky enough to visit over a number of years, each time is special and the experience has not diminished. Visitors are listed in the arrivals board, pointing you to a staff who will welcome and... More

Does not get much better than Sunningdale ... played both 18's on one fantastic Friday and EVERYONE loved every minute of it. Good walk, great course, and fantastic summer Pimms at the turn and in the legendary clubhouse. Must return!

Came for the Seniors Open Golf Tournament. We've watched golf at various courses around the world and to be honest were disappointed here. Didn't like being 'herded' into cul de sacs on the course and then roped in until players had passed for several minutes at a time with nothing to look at. A bit more thought could have been... Attended the venue on 23/07/15 to watch the first day of the Seniors Open at the Old Course. Great golf course and the hospitality was first class. Great to get around the course and watch the players in the beautiful surroundings. Had lunch in the club house which was excellent, and the service first class. Played the course myself many... Skip the crowds of the British Open and come to Sunningdale for the Seniors Open tournament. A well organised event, easy to get around, friendly and beautiful surrounds.

Came up to watch the Seniors Open. Really looking forward to it and not disappointed. Beautiful natural heathland course, fantastic condition and lovely holes. Great catering too.

Invited here by a client for some lunch and game of golf on the Old Course. Hadn't been here for about 10 years and the place is just as impressive as I remembered. The food beforehand was very simple from a 'lite bite' menu although more hearty dishes were available. Service was very good and the food very tasty however... More

I can recommend this place great setting. We had an amazing day here. Very good course and staff. It's a mixture between an old established tree lined course (front 9) and a fairly more forgiving open back 9. I will definitely like to play their again. I would recommend this course.
