Once you cross the Puente Nuevo, you are surrounded by the history of the magnificent and exquisite city of Ronda. Take your time, look around, have a drink somewhere quiet, enjoy.

La Ciudad is not a hotel but a collection of a few serviced rooms in a lovely old building. The room we had was large with cooking/dining facilities, a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The outside area had a small pool and sunbeds. It is a secluded, relaxing place in the old town and 5 minutes walk from the... More

This side of the gorge is the most interesting. It has lots of interesting local craft shops and local restaurants, particularly the one which has balconies hanging over the gorge with amazing views

When we got off the train there was a shock in store for us ...ugly modern apartment blocks and a map outside the station that was not easy to follow!so followed the sign for the bus station where we bought a map. The lady at the kiosk marked the map and told us where to go. Our disappointment turned to... More

It is great city to visit, walkable basically from end to end. The old city Ronda is very beautiful with three historic bridges over the Guadalevín River and 100 plus meters deep El Tajo canyon . The Puente Nuevo is the tallest of those bridges - an impressive 390 feet. Do not miss the historic churches, bullring, enjoy the many... More

The old bridge Ronda is a must see in this city. There is also a bullring to tour and many, many shops and restaurants to experience. The city is easy walking from one end to the other. We ate lunch with a gorgeous view near the bridge. Don't miss this charming little town.
