We almost missed this one. The grounds are well taken care of with walkways along the edge near the ocean are in good repair along with the railing. Someone was setting up for a wedding (what a great spot). Iguana sunning on a rock, view of surfers on Domes Beach.

El Faro Lighthouse is a place you must go see at Sunset. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing the sunset from here and seeing the surfers having fun at the same time. We even saw a cruise ship passing by...

The lighthouse experience is not to be missed! The ride to the lighthouse is peaceful with beautiful scenery. Once at the lighthouse, there is a quietness and peacefulness in the area. The views are breathtaking! Try and time your visit at sunset to see a GLORIOUS sunset!

Great place to take pictures. You can watch the surfer and they say on a good day you can see whales from there. The day I went I could see movement, however couldn't tell for sure if they were whales.

great area to whale watch or just simply meditate. stroll by the sea, shop with the many vendors in the area. Great place to a casual stroll.
