There is a reason why they use PVG's cellar door as a posture picture for Mudgee. The grand entry through the cellar door does not lead to disappointment. A great selection of wines, with famous Mudgee Durif, pair your tasting with chocolate too. A very knowledgeable and entertaining staff member left a lasting impression with us. A must visit on... We have been here and had a great time taste testing wines and ports, the white port is exceptional, we have had it at room temperature and chilled, both are fabulous ways. The red port are also great. The wines are very tasty, all were to our liking, we just told the gentleman who looked after us what our tastes... More

We stayed in one of the cottages at the winery over the long weekend. The cottages are amazing, so well-equipped and very cosy with the fire. We stayed in the larger one which slept six comfortably. The people at the winery were lovely. We also visited the winery for a tasting and they were so easy going with a great... More

Definitely worth a visit. The beauty of this winery is in the huge barrels within the cellar door, the old church pews and of course the wines.

While the wines are good here, the draw card for me was the Port, Muscat and Vermouth - amazingly rich and velvety concoctions. Great tasting hosts and an atmosphere that creates a really special ambiance. Well done!

Great people to deal with. White port is wonderful and there are a variety of fruity herbal tastes to savour.
