Rabbit beach is paradise on earth. I'd recommend renting a scooter whilst in Lampedusa, as it's the easiest and best way to get around the little island. Rabbit beach is about a 10 minute scooter ride from the centre and then about a 10 minute walk down to the beach. As you walk down towards the beach you come to... More

The beach is fantastic. The views and the colors are just unbelievable. However, lampedusa is quite difficult for non italian tourists. People do not speak english and there is not much to do.

Beautiful beach, crowded, go early or late, if you like rock hopping, go to the side of the beach, where the large rocks provide for some space away from the crowds.

The beach may be nice but you really should do some research before going to this island. Seems that there are many problems with illegals coming in on boats day after day, this makes some of the locals less than friendly to anyone not from the island. it also causes some issues that are not what most look for in... Crystal clear water, white sandy beach, and fun to explore! Hours are 8:30 - 19:30 and I suggest you get there early to get a good stop. The beach is separated in two areas: one for umbrellas and one that umbrellas aren't allowed. We rented a scooter to avoid the hourly bus schedule, which I assume can get busy at... More

I have seen a more beautiful beach. The turqoise beach, the soft sand, the view were simply amazing.

I'm not generally a big fan of going to the beach but this one is spectacular and not to be missed. Crystal clear water which is shallow for a long way out. Snorkelling with all the fish around you is a great experience.

It does indeed deserve the title of best beach in the world. Beautiful scenario, beach is big enough and not that crowded. The sea is just...... I'm not able to find a word good enough to describe!!

I HAVE TRAVELLED TO MORE THEN 50 COUNTRIES AND IT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH I HAVE EVER SEEN. The beach is perfect even when the weather is not. It is surrounded by cliffs so the wind does not come down onto the beach. Furthermore the water is crystal clear and shallow for children eve 20 meters off shore.
