We often do the coastal walk from Noosa to Sunshine Beach and then have lunch at Embassy XO as a treat. The walk takes about 2 hours one way with a couple of short breaks to take in the scenery or have a swim if it's a hot day. Not too difficult either so you don't need to be super... More

I went for a few runs through the park when staying at Noosa for a conference. It was an interesting place to run, with well maintained trails, both concrete paths for a time and then dirt tracks. The whole way along the coastline were small coves with clean sand for spending time at the beach, although all areas are unpatrolled... More

The Boardwalk and paths are overrun with walkers, runners and people with prams, especially early in the mornings. But the park is well maintained. When the surf is up, it's awesome and occasionally you'll see a koala up a tree or a few bush turkeys. It's a great place to go for a walk or a run outdoors.

a wonderful walk mostly shaded with picturesque scenery. Not too challenging for those with average fitness. Access to the sea along the walk but none of this area is patrolled so we didn't use it.

we decided to walk through the national park on an overcast day so we'd slightly overdone the sun the previous day. It was a lovely walk when we set off and we then saw a Koala snoozing up a tree as we walked the coastal route taking in the lovely views. Then it started to rain. It gradually got heavier... More

Had a long walk of 6 km through this beautiful National Park, taking the blue 4 route along the coast and returning by orange 2 through the forest! Really worth it during a stay at Noosa and free of charge!

We could have spent every day at NNP. The beaches are just perfect and the part is full of interesting and varied running/walking tracks.

If you like running hilly, varied terrain then you will love the trails here. We did a 7km loop from the Carpark along the Coast Track then hooked on to the Tanglewood track to loop back to the carpark. Great to do in the morning before it gets too hot as Coast track is fairly exposed.
