We walked from the National Park car park to Dolphin Point which was a lovely walk - ocean on one side and forest on the other. The walk was fine for our four year old and we had the bonus of seeing an awake koala in a tree near Tea Tree Bay. The ladies in the tourist information/gift shop and... More

This walk is a great escape from the beach. The path is a little uneven so you need good shoes. Its a fair old way so bring a bottle of water. We didn’t see any Koala’s but we saw a Python up a tree that was digesting a Possum it had just eaten. Worth doing.

Definitely among my top places to run as the view is amazing. You also get to have an off road track after the 1st Km but it's not that rocky. Really easy to run.

It was a lovely experience walking along the path under the rainforest and then swimming at one of the beaches along the way.

I never tire of this amazing patch of Queensland. A swim at Tea Tree Bay should be on every visitors agenda. The koalas are usually obliging enough to put in an appearance also.

It can get crowded during busy times, but the walk/ run to the top is a great workout and the pay-off is breathtaking views of the ocean and even marine life like porpoises and turtles. It has a very spiritual feel, so very relaxing and cleansing.

Beautiful natural habitat where the bay meets the forest in a spectacular fusion. There are well kept and disabled paths accessing the base at Hasting Street up to the main peak at Dolphin Point and beyond which can be walked up and back down in less than an hour and is 5ks in all. Great way to burn off the... More

I loved the changes of scenery throughout the different trails from coastal to forestry, the views and wildlife were fantastic. Make sure you take plenty of water, once you get passed the cafe there are no taps at all.
