Staff were very helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable about the area. I had a 3yr grand child with me who was very well behaved and they were chatting to him etc. which was nice to see. Gifts are reasonably well priced for imported goods!!

Service with a smile! Information offered was extremely helpful for first time visitors. It was busy but officers were attentive without being pushy. Bookings were made promptly and we were set for our few days in Mandurah.
