This place has all the souvenirs as well as all the information that you need. Located in a great place right on the canal and surrounded by restaurants. They also do the bookings for the boat tours. A bit hard to get a park during school holidays was our only criticism.

We enquired about boat cruises to view the dolphins and the young lady was extremely helpful. It was just as easy to book and pay for tickets here rather than Mandurah Cruise office adjacent (although this should not be confused with Mandurah Dolphin Tours which is a different company). Whilst at the Centre we also picked up brochures on other... More

The visitor centre had a great deal of information about the area and things to do and places to visit. We were able to plan our days from the information on display and talking to the helpful staff.

We would like to thank Val for her most informative Heritage Walk during our holiday in Mandurah. She was very good and very friendly. Four Melbourne ladies thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend a visit to the Information Centre. The staff are most helpful.

My family visited the Mandurah Visitor Centre located at 75 Mandurah Terrace in Dec 2013. The visitor centre is conveniently sited on the Boardwalk Precinct just next to the cluster of famous Restaurants & Cafés like Dome, Cicerellos, Chocolateria San Churro, Simmo’s Ice-Cream and Han’s Cafe. The staffs at the Visitor Centre were very friendly and helpful and they can... More

Don't, whatever else you do in Mandurah, miss this gem of an experience if you want to know about Mandurah - past and present. The tour runs from the Visitor Centre on the foreshore and the volly who we had, David, was just excellent. The tour runs about 1-1.5 hours and is a leisurely stroll along the pretty esplanade overlooking... More

we wanted to join a heritage walking tour and were told it's not available as the city was preparing for Ironman and some places might not be available; but when we walked around, there was nothing closed that day.

Friendly staff that gave us the guidance we needed. Plenty of brochures of the activities in the area and they could book accommodation and tours if required.

We wanted to find some interesting places to visit during our stay and the staff there were very informative and suggested a wonderful restaurant to eat and various places to see. We also had a free tour around Mandurah which was very educational.
