Never been to Mandurah, not even planning to go but things happen. We wanted to go on Perth's latest trains so decided to go to the furtherest point on the city rail network. Ended up at Mandurah. Got the free bus to the visitor centre and saw that they had cruises. Not one to miss seeing a new place we... More

Was very disappointed with the service, no assistance for people with disabilities. Was unorganised, did not give us the ticket we needed to get our fish and chip lunch, and no help given when I inquired about what to do.

This was the second time for this trip. But only the first for this company. It was ok but the recorded commentator was a let down. The personal touch with the other company I found better and more informative. Nicer boat though; more user friendly in cooler weather.

We booked the 11am cruise on a Tuesday (it's cheaper on Tuesdays). The cruise takes you around the marina area, down past all the beautiful houses on the estuary and then out into open water to try and spot the dolphins. We had a really good time even though we didn't see any dolphins. The perfect way to spend an... More

Had a great time on a beautifully sunny winters day. From the moment we boarded, Jacqui and Heidi were very friendly and helpful. The cruise took a leisurely circuit of the area with some of the best views of the waterways, wildlife and magnificent houses and boats. Really pleased we took the tour.

We were lucky with some fine winter weather. Interesting look at how the other half spend their retirement or vacation money. Some fabulous homes and cabin cruisers along the canals. We were on a comfortable cruise boat with lots of commentary. Saw lots of shags on rocks but no dolphins on this trip.

A wonderful way to see the place. We were told at the start that sighting of dolphins is really down to luck as these are wild hence unpredictable. The cruise took us through some oppressively expensive and beautiful real estate. We stopped at Dolphin Quay for a while to pick up the fish and chips for those who ordered lunch.... More

Did not see any dolphins but that is just the way wild animals are.!!! Everything else was fantastic. Views, staff and commentary were great. We added the fish and chips as we were on the lunch cruise. Yum
