Whilst visiting Mandurah we went on the Murray River lunch cruise (12th November) and thought that the cruise itself was excellent with good commentary. We were fortunate that several dolphins "came out to play" in our wake. However the venue for lunch -The Riv (used to be the Clansman) left a lot to be desired. We found the food very... More

a lovely way to spend a pre-xmas night with some wonderful displays and efforts put in by the locals. Boats tend to be a bit crowded and it is somewhat expensive particularly for children under 2, but my grandkids love it every year and it has become a ritual.

The famous Mandurah dolphins were rather relaxed today. It was quite a thrill to see them swimming about, including one which was right up at the jetty. On our lunchtime cruise, the fish and chips from the Nino restaurant were better than expected. During the trip, it was delightful to see the various styles of waterfront accommodation which ranged from... More

If you are planning to go to Perth..and you have a day to spare, then head on down to Mandurah for a relaxing cruise. BUT.. if you're on a 4 days 3 nights holiday which is jammed packed with places to go, then you might just be like me and find the cruise just a tad boring. The cruise is... More

A very enjoyable cruise around the canals of Mandurah, seeing the sights and being given a very knowledgeable summary of the local area by the captain and crew. Time well spent.

River cruise is a very popular activity when you visit Perth, Fremantle or Mandurah in Western Australia due to the many rivers and canals and nearness to the coastline. There are different types of cruises available. In Mandurah the popular one is the Dolphin cruise although the chances of seeing dolphin could be between 0-100%. The best place to see... More

Never been to Mandurah, not even planning to go but things happen. We wanted to go on Perth's latest trains so decided to go to the furtherest point on the city rail network. Ended up at Mandurah. Got the free bus to the visitor centre and saw that they had cruises. Not one to miss seeing a new place we... More

Was very disappointed with the service, no assistance for people with disabilities. Was unorganised, did not give us the ticket we needed to get our fish and chip lunch, and no help given when I inquired about what to do.
