This is an interesting place to visit on the way down from Perth to Albany and they have some good products. I was pleased to pick up some goods which were on special, and which I later saw elsewhere in Albany at the full non discounted price, so that was a win. But I did not find the salesperson very... Worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I have never met such a boring unhelpful person working in customer service! Go work on a remote desert island if you do not to talk to people.

It was very interesting to learn about Sandalwood and the products that come from it. You can test the products at the shop then go home and order online for only a $10 delivery fee in Australia. We also did the Gong. A wonderful experience. We were so relaxed after it. Really enjoyed this place. It also has a cafe.

I take seniors & friends for a gonging, and to the restaurant. We've done the tours, and we've just had a gong & coffee. Best soup!

Yes, it has a day spa, a cafe and a very large shop. You should still go even if you are not into any of this. The free tour about the history of sandalwood in Australia, comparison of Indian and Australian sandalwood, processing, and what's happening in the Ord is all fascinating. (Of course, I did buy something afterwards, but... More

Not knowing anything about Sandalwood, we headed to the factory and shop. They have free tours on the hour between 10 & 4 every day (except Christmas Day). While the tour was short it was very informative and is flowed buy a short video. The shop has lots of “stuff” to buy but with Sandalwood Oil being about as expensive... More

We were very impressed by the enthusiasm, knowledge and friendliness of the staff at the Sandalwood factory. We visited twice during our stay and both times were a positive experience. I had an hour massage and loved it. I was treated with care, experience and nurturing. I thoroughly recommend the massage.
