My daughter and I travelled Tasmania from the 11 January to the 22 January. We called at many information centres seeking freedom camping sites while on our travells. We were given excellent help and the staff were fantastic. We called at your information centre to find the location of the freedom camping site and were told we couldn't camp in... More

Could not fault the service by staff today. Melanie went out of her way to find accommodation during a period where most places were booked out during peak holiday season.

When you are a visitor in a town- You want to feel welcomed and not like your a pain when you don't know the area and haven't pre booked accommodation. Melanie was a great help and recommended some great activities(including Devils in the... More

We were travelling around Tassie this week and hadn't pre booked our accommodation. We called in to the Bicheno Visitor Information Centre late one afternoon seeking some advice on local accommodation. Tracy was really helpful and suggested a couple of places to stay and then rang ahead for us to check availability, price and then she booked our stay for... More

What a great week fishing village to be based in if wanting to experience a small welcoming town with easy access to many activities. It is only a short drive to the Freycinet national park and the Moulting lagoon. Girl at the centre was extremely helpful. bakery open very early with great coffee and yummies.
