With the resources available to them I thought UnderWater World was great. Will definitely go back when the shark tunnel is up and running again later this year. More

I would like to share my thoughts on how disapointed I was with my experience, I decided to visit under water world with my family which we are from interstate. We got there at around 3:30, and thought as we dont have much time around here we would go through under water world for an hour and a half. On... More

We felt like this place charges too much for what you see. But maybe we are spoiled after seeing sooo many of these type of attractions all over the world. The shark tank is good tho, and if you can, book yourself in to do the shark dive in the tank ! ITS BRILLIANT. Other than the sharks its a... More

I had an otter encounter here and it was a great experience. I do think Underwater World would greatly benefit from a creative and aesthetic revamp, and an investment in extending the attractions would bring in new customers. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. I really enjoyed my day! More

This could be so much better- just seems small scale. The whole complex is looking run down and neglected. Kids seem to see past that but still nothing fantastic. More

My husbane, 2 year old and I visited UnderWater World during Easter weekend. As it was Easter weekend it took us 20 minutes to find a free car park within walking distance as everyone going to the beach or surrounding areas park in the car park opposiite the venue. The Shark tank was closed for maintenance which was a shame... More

The kids really enjoyed this attraction. It houses a variety of tropical and freshwater fish. The seal show is very entertaining and my kids loved the seal kiss. More

My daughter & I have been visiting Underwater World most years for the last dozen. Every year as she grew she has got a little more out of it. This year at the too cool for school age of 14, I thought she was over it, but now she is interested in conservation and rescue efforts, so again there is... More
