The gem of the Gold Coast beaches

A great beach in a lovely setting , among the trees. Quite a popular venue that has lots of facilities for great lunches. Well worth a visit.

If Surfer's Paradise is too busy for you, Burleigh Heads beach is just gorgeous. It's quiet and peaceful. Surfers seem to flock to it, while others sit watching the sun go down with surfers trying to catch their last waves. The national park has a short, but lovely walk with beautiful views, and there are some nice shallow beaches for... More

Safe, guarded swimming areas, excellent discrete surfing areas. Well patrolled and life guarded. Great Durf Life Saving Club and plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of excellent public barbecues and shaded areas?

We are so lucky with our beautiful beaches here on the Gold Coast, there are so many, but Burleigh Heads is our favourite, quite sheltered, & a beautiful stretch of beach, with its soft white sand.

Burleigh Heads beach is one of my favourite beaches anywhere! It's great for families, walking, chilling out, meeting friends or just having a time out. The screeching of the lorikeets in the late afternoon at the southern end is iconic and it's flanked by a great surf club at both north and south ends. Parking can be an issue in... More

Beautiful white sand and clean clear blue water surrounded by Norfolk pines. The perfect spot for a family picnic as under the trees there are many places to barbecue and enjoy the ambience of this magic place. Play areas for the kids are all provided and clean toilet facilities are also available to everyone. A great place for people of... More

Entertainment for the entire family. Pristine beach, beachside parkland, BBQ and picnic area more than ample food outlets.
