We had a 2 night package staying in The Cottage within the grounds of the winery. It is a delightful very old cottage that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast makings (bacon, eggs, juice, bread etc.) are provided for cook yourself, as is a bottle of their own delicious wine. We were there in winter and missed... More

This is a great local market held on the last Saturday of every month from 10am - 12 midday. There is a wide variety of locally grown produce including fresh farm eggs, honey, produce, fruit and veggies fresh from the garden and lots lots more. You can also enjoy the spectacular views as the winery is open for coffee, wine... More

We spent the afternoon of Queen's Birthday Weekend drinking Cupitts Pinot Noir, enjoying the sun and the views of the escarpment. We didn't eat in the restaurant which is located in a lovely rustic sandstone building but did have a pizza which was good and cheap. This isn't an upmarket Hunter Vineyard but really good fun - kids roaring around... More

The cottage is cosy and rustic with a lovely wood burning fire and the generous breakfast included a loaf of bread was to die for!! Sitting on the deck and watching the birds... More

Although the wines are great, the food is fantastic and the view is the best around most people from out of town might not be aware that once a month they have free live music. Grab a pizza from the wood fired oven and groove to the music. I actually like going out there and sketching whats going on. Great... More

...and we've been to a few! Cupitt's restaurant is a quaint stone building covered with vines, overlooking endless rolling green hills and vineyards. The restaurant is very good but pricey - we've eaten there once and tend to go for the more relaxed outdoor dining instead. Platters of cheese, scones, woodfired pizza are available for the outdoor and cottage areas.... More
